We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LithuaniaIt's just 5-minute walk from departure gates, which is excellent for travelling. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with meals being served from as early as 4AM! The hotel itself is really lovely, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with a huge walk-in shower.

United KingdomI was standing at the reception desk and waiting to check in to the room, and the lady who was working ignored me and started serving two men, only when I said that I was standing and waiting, she took me. I was at the hotel at 7 p.m. After 15 minutes I went down to the reception desk because the TV wasn't working because the batteries in the remote control were weak, the same lady said that someone would come soon, unfortunately no one showed up, so there was no TV. large bathroom, no shower cabin, water was spilling all over the bathroom.
the room was large, clean, it was great that I had a kettle in the room and could drink tea in the evening, the room was warm. the breakfast was wonderful. despite the early hour of 5 a.m., there were scrambled eggs, hot sausages, hagis, waffles and many other delicious dishes.

United StatesWhen we arrived the staff told us that Booking.com had failed to secure the reservation and they asked me (customer) to call booking.com on our cell phone from the international location and sort it out. I showed her my confirmation sheet. They pointed out that several other upset people were also waiting in lobby for same reason. After I became insistent that they sort it out, the manager eventually did. After a long delay, she then apologized. We then were given a room upgrade. The room was fine...
Room was what I expected for an airport hotel and the breakfast was very good and generous.

Good to see hotels on the airport campus since I was living in Edinburgh. They allowed me to check in early - 12 noon check out is great too - but there is plenty of relaxed seating with a coffee bar even if this wasnt enough. Lovely room and really good pub grub for supper. Lovely staff ! Huge breakfast choice

United KingdomBreakfast closed too early at 9.30. We were told this in advance but on holiday we would expect to get up later and enjoy a later breakfast. Not much choice for vegetarians at 9am. No veggie sausages, (too late )and scrambled egg was very dry and mushrooms looked boiled! Bit disappointing as not a cheap hotel.
Convenient for the airport. Room was comfortable. Reasonable range of light vegetarian meals for an evening meal.
