We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThere is a long walk from the airport. Luckily it wasn’t raining as part of the walk is uncovered. The hotel has got very stingy with the number of teabags n milk in the room. I think for £200 per night they could probably stretch to a couple more teabags and a few more cartons of milk and finally when I checked out the receptionist refused to give me a receipt as I had booked through bookings.com and the receipt would be from them so I have no idea how much they charged my credit card which seems a bit unethical

United States of AmericaThe bathroom shower has mold in the corners and the floor of the shower was not that clean. The carpet and lounge downstairs had stains on furniture and rugs. We had hamburgers for dinner and the best way to describe them was dense and overcooked. Breakfast was adequate. I did not feel like it was a good value, but we wanted to be able to walk to the terminal and there are only 3 hotels at the airport. Drinks are pricey at the bar.

United KingdomVery efficient chap at check in - made life simple. Really just a stop over pre a very early flight so did what it said on tin. Whilst room absolutely fine not as good as their one at Newcastle which feels more comfortable and not as good as Martim at Düsseldorf which is benchmark against which all other airport hotels are judged. Very handy for airport though being the peoples republic there is no covered connection direct into airport. Parking here is much cheaper than the multi-storey wish had known as it saves several quid a day.
