Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe bed was hard and pillows too feathery soft with no structure to them. Everyone is different and this would have suited some it just didnt suit any of us in the two rooms. Didnt like having to pay by app for parking - again personal preference. Nothing was wrong at all just personal prefernce for some things which cant ever suit all people all the time. :)
Breakfast was great and refilled quickly when depleted. Staff were friendly and courteous at all times, in all areas. No request for tea, coffee, drinks, information was too much for the staff. Rooms were great size and bathroom was wow! Noise from outside was quite minimal. All in all great hotel, great staff, great facilities in a great place. Parking was handy but didnt like it was pay by app.

United KingdomThe breakfast was disappointing. Undrinkable orange juice and a limited range of cooked items - no mushrooms or tomatoes. The signs in the car park said that you must download & pay by app. I did this, and it failed at the last stage of the payment. Fortunately the check in staff were able to do it easily on their system - so why don't the car park notices tell you this?
Room was great. Staff were great and very helpful. On site parking was a blessing.

The breakfast was brilliant. The USB charging ports in the room didn't work but they bought us up an adaptor and chits for free drinks from the bar. Staff were very helpful. It was the best place we stayed in UK.

Great hotel n so central to everything, we arrived early and our room was ready so we was given the key straight away we had to large king size beds so we was over the moon. Breki was yummy there was plenty to chose from so you will not go hungry.
