The hotel exceeded my expectations. having stayed in quite a few airport hotels I didn't expect much. Howvere, to my surprise and delight it was excellent.

Nice open feel, location was brilliant for using the airport and staff were very helpful. It wasn't cheap but it was worth the extra for the convenience. Would definitely use again

No bottles of water provided in rooms. Only some channels worked on the TV. No option to access Internet through the TV for BBC iplayer etc. The room was very expensive (£190) as they have the monopoly right next to the airport.

Obviously the location was excellent. Breakfast was provided from 4am for early morning flights. No noise of planes from room.

The room was a bit small and oddly furnished for the size and the likely use for a brief one might stop over. The room was too narrow which made circulation difficult for two people and limited the space available for luggage. As an airport Hotel, it's obvious that guests may have a lot of luggage, but there was only space for a couple of overnight bags. It was also oddly over furnished, with a large armchair and footstool. The narrow room meant that the design included a single sliding door which served both the bathroom and the wardrobe (ie if one was open, the other was closed). Great for a single person, but not when two people are trying to get showered and dressed in limited time to catch an early flight (which is why most people would pay the price to stay so close to the airport terminal). But to be fair, everything else about the room was good.

Brilliant location for access to thr airport terminal (3 minutes walk). Very helpful staff. Good public areas.

Firstly, the room impressed me. It was luxurious and had an exceptional view of the 3 flagpoles and car park; plus, it had a phone! A rare sight today. Furthermore, the gym had the essentials so it did the job! Lastly, the reception staff were very accommodating and friendly. P.S. The bathroom was enormous.

The downstairs lounge, restaurant area was cold and uncomfortable. The cooked breakfast we had paid for separately was dried up and we felt rushed to finish as the cook was trying to close at 0900hrs.

We weren't impressed with the takeaway breakfast. There wasn't much of a choice in the bag, and we didn't like any of it. Consequently it ended up being a terrible waste. You should allow people to choose what they would like in the bag the previous night.

It was a comfortable and clean twin room. The beds were larger than we expected. The staff were very helpful in arranging both our early morning alarm call, and our takeaway breakfast.

Hotel is located right next to the airport and you can easily walk from there to the terminal in a few minutes. The facilities are simple, but adequate for an overnight before a flight. For us we had a cancellation, and rebooked early the following day. The hotel was perfect for the situation. The hotel also has a simple food menu during the day which is adequate. They served continental breakfast from 4am, great for an early morning flight. With plenty of options. They mentioned there is hot options from some point however we did not stay long enough to see.

The poorest breakfast I’ve had at this hotel. The ‘Full English’ was poor. Scrambled eggs didn’t taste of egg, just a watery, yellow mush, beans cold, sausages had a very slight tan on one side, pale and wan on the majority! tomatoes tepid, bacon reasonably tolerable , none of the contents were hot, tepid at best. I asked to speak to the head cook, who looked at me gone out,,shrugged his shoulders and went back to the kitchen!!

All the hotel areas were comfortable, the rooms clean, warm, lots of hot water, on the whole, staff were helpful, pleasant and informative; there is a ‘however’
