Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Kingdompillows way too sort for my self and my family, room was very warm and no direction on how to use the AC. breakfast was good but scrambled eggs were very overdone. (can tell this by the about of extra liquid in the serving container) the buffet breakfast was good but the lids on the hot items needed some form of heat proof lids as they were very hot to open yourself.

United KingdomI didn't think there was much choice of cooked breakfast as it was only scrambled eggs no fried eggs no black pudding or tomatoes I don't eat anything else so had a bacon sandwich but I did enjoy the waffles but again no Nutella
I booked a sea view and it was lovely the room was clean but was a lose tile on the bathroom floor what hurt my foot as it should of been reported when the staff cleaned the room and fixed before anyone checked in as I work in a hotel and damages are fixed straight away

United KingdomBreakfast was very very busy, though it did come with a warning of this. Main problem was some cutlery wasn't available and had to wait a short while for more to come out. Some hot items could have been a little warmer.
Room was excellent, bed a tiny bit too hard for my liking but easily adaptable to it, great views. Reception and bar area / prices were great.
