The breakfast service was very lacking pre booked time slot but still had a long wait and order was incomplete only 1 person doing everything poor guy.. Did not cater well for Gluten free lacking in choice nothing labelled, which was a shame. Ended up eating out at local pub in the evening

Fabulous location. We were in a lovely room overlooking the beautiful garden. Breakfast was delicious, the chef even cooked our dog a sausage. Very comfortable room, exactly as in the photos. All the staff were so friendly.

The staff, especially Josh who was friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for us or any other customers we saw him interact with. Its location, which is great for getting around. Had everything we needed under one roof. Food, including a great breakfast. Plenty of parking, a bar with a good garden.

Bit noisy quite late with music from the pub below. Not a problem for us as we were up anyway but could be an issue for some.

Great location near lots of attractions. Room was light and spacious. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Evening meal was good and helpful to have in the hotel.

Fantastic stay, made to feel welcome with lovely staff. The whole place was nice and clean and the breakfasts were delicious thanks to Ceri the chef . Would definitely recommend and will definitely return. A big thankyou to the whole team x

The shower cubicle was too small and the Flexi hose to the shower was grubby so I cleaned it myself.

Trying hard to find something to nit pick but I can’t really. Any minor indiscretion would surely be forgotten with the wonderful staff stealing the show.

The staff! They couldn’t do enough for us. They turned a nice small hotel into something incredible. From the lovely lady, the cover Manager who checked us and looked after us at dinner. To the young chef and servicing staff. As for the breakfast staff Kerri and Jean, they were a dream team. Diolch o galon bawb you have done your employers proud. As for the hotel itself, it was beautifully clean with every amenity you could need in the room. My daughter (child) shared a huuuugggge bed that was so comfortable. Very firm but we loved it. The food was lovely and cooked to perfection.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt part of the family there! The staff were lovely, friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The meals were hot and very tasty and the rooms very comfortable and very clean. We could not ask for more and would definitely recommend to others. We had a wonderful weekend in Wales. Bar had music on which wasn’t massively loud but where our room was at the back of the property meant we had to keep windows closed as it was quite loud for us. Plus cigarette smoke from the smoking area could be smelt.
