We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe would have liked to get more information regarding Snowdonia as it is very near the place. It would have helped us plan destinations and places of interest in the area especially as we were new to the place.
Breakfast was good. Location to our destination in Snowdonia near. Away from crowd. Scenic area. Friendly enough for us. Accommodating staff especially breakfast staff. Price was reasonable including breakfast.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The Train station was walking distance which made us explore north wales with ease. Perfect sized room with everything we needed. The breakfast was great and the evening meals were brilliant. Staff were incredible and so welcoming.

United KingdomToaster was not monitored by staff to prevent a Smokey hotel as bread does get stuck in the toaster from previous guests Breakfast staff was ok but I would expect a little bit more of a morning welcome as to my mind it represents good customer satisfaction and return of guests to that hotel 😊
The breakfast met our expectations but the toaster which you had two years ago would benefit from a replacement as it is very smoky when used and not monitored by the staff

United KingdomOur room (no 2) was directly over the bar so the music was quite loud and didn’t turn off until about 10:30-11:30 both nights. Ear plugs would be needed if you’re a light sleeper / want an early night!
Lovely hotel with a very pretty outdoor area. Perfect location to visit neighbouring villages. Breakfast was lovely both days and the staff were very helpful.
