B & B was in a good location right next to the promenade in Blackpool with all of the bars & pubs nearby. Owner was very friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and fairly priced. Would recommend.

Wasn’t a bad thing more of a little annoying, the bed was on wheels so every little nudge moved it about. Could do with some rubber stoppers

Great size room for the family of 4, great how the kids room was separated by a wall and had its own tv. Plenty of storage. A small sofa and chair so we didn’t have to just sit on the beds. Own toilet and shower. Bedding was nice and clean. Owners were lovely and very efficient breakfast service with a great range of cereals for the kids. 10 minute walk to the tower.

The only problem was no window in the room apart from bathroom meant it was warm we need a window open at night, was a fan but a bit noisy for sleeping

The hosts Luke & John were really friendly ,very welcoming, car was safely parked for a small fee, breakfast was great , room and bed was comfortable , good location would recommend good value for money would stay again

The room was quite cramped, but given the price that's understandable. The bathroom, however, was tiny and needs updated. Hardly any room to move and the sink was barely big enough to wash in. The shower wasn't great either - not very powerful and the shower cubicle itself just felt dirty. Having seen the pictures posted of the rooms I was expecting something a bit nicer.

The owners were great, very helpful and friendly. The location is great too - 5-10 min walk to north pier tram stop and 10-15 min walk to shopping/entertainment area. Car park we used is a 30 second walk from the hotel and reasonably priced.

Leaving so soon

Lovely place close to the sea front and attractions short walk to train station bars shops etc .lovely owners very welcoming and make you feel at home and drink offers at the bar bonus. Room was lovely and clean comfortable bed tea and coffe facilities in the room ideal for my short stay. Will most defiantly stay again and would highly recommend 👌 thank you

Mattress in our room not to our liking . No mirror on dressing table. But reasonable price offset these issues.

The budget room I booked was right above the bar so couldn’t sleep until after 10pm. I would Advise to pay more for a better room as it’s still very affordable. No details of WiFi password, had 4G so wasn’t a problem but kept forgetting to ask for WiFi password. Toilet comes away from wall but does for a budget room.

Property is lovely. Room very clean. Lovely new tvs. Bed was very comfortable. Owners very friendly and helpful. Shower was great. Decor was lovely. Will definitely stay again but would rather pay extra for an upgrade room to be away from noise of bar.
