Sarah and john made our stay absolutely fantastic due to my dad passing away in may he was due to come with us, so friendly best breakfast and black pudding and john special coffee for Lloyd and little touches in our room .nothing was too much trouble. A bit of dust in the corners of my room but generally very clean

Great location so close to the beach and a 20 min walk to the station which can start off along the seafront. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

We had another wonderful stay here. Having stayed for the first time earlier this year, we decided to return to stay the night before travelling to Rye. We were not disappointed. Our room was ready when we arrived a bit early. We had a beautifully decorated room, plenty of space, tea and coffee and water provided along with some home made biscuits and chocolate. The breakfast was wonderful, with home made preserves and bread, as well as home grown herbs. This is just a really lovely place to stay and our hosts are friendly and fun. Thank you.

Lovely large room, comfortable bed, great location. 60 meters from the beach. The hosts were super friendly. Lovely breakfast with a large variety to choose from and with home made breads, jam, lemon curd and marmalade. Really pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this charming place, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel incredibly welcome. They are genuinely friendly and nice, going out of their way to ensure that every guest feels at home. Their warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the breakfast. They offered an absolutely amazing breakfast, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Whether you're in the mood for something light or a more hearty meal, the quality and care put into the food are evident. It’s clear that the hosts put effort into everything in the room and the meal, and it shows in every detail.

The only down side I experienced was that the shower in my room wasn't very powerful and only lukewarm, but one of the hosts did explain that they were due to install new showers later in the year.

The hosts were so lovely and attentive, and made me feel very welcome. My room was beautifully decorated and had a lot of character, and the homemade brownies, shortbread and tea, were such a sweet and personalised touch. The location was great- right next to the beach/ prom and walking distance to lots of restaurants. The venue was such good value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Ideally located one road off the sea front. The greeting was friendly and informative. the room had a large bathroom as well as a good sized room. The small toaches of hand made brownees as well lavender sleep well products was very welcome and unique. The breakfast room was well presented and the food really nice well portioned and locally sourced. In a competitive market this BB stood out .

Fabulous location, a short walk from train station and very close to beach. My room was gorgeous with a view of the sea. Large, beautiful room with a big bathroom, very nicely appointed. The little touches of homemade lavender cookies and teas were much appreciated after a long day of walking. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous- large selection and delicious homemade bread and jams. Thanks so much for looking after me!
