Nothing at all to dislike The hosts are absolutely lovely. There's nothing they haven't thought about ,as everything you need is provided / included . The owl hut / location is perfect. It's peaceful, secluded and it's set amongst nature, which we love. The hosts provide a lovely surprise, that being a welcome pack . Including, bread ,Welsh ,cakes , jams , marmalade, teas , coffees & hot chocolate . Also a large bottle of water provided in the fridge ,along with butter & milk. There's a really friendly / tame little robin that visits and likes to on occasions step inside the doorway to the owl hut ....so cute. We highly recommend a stay here and we will be booking again soon, to go back in the spring of next year !!! Quite a hidden entrance so difficult to find, but yellow bucket definitely helps. Having a car is recommended.

Lovely hut and a private space. Had everything we could possibly need and more. Is a cute and romantic hut with a kitchen and bathroom. The family were lovely and the welcome basket was an added bonus. A very friendly robin also included! Reasonably close to some lovely countryside walks.

Cant help the weather but stayed dry and cosy inside and had good tv and wifi in the hut. We enjoyed hearing the rain while staying warm and dry. Brightened up the next day to go exploring.

Nothing. The only thing I found was the bed was abit small as I'm used to a king size bed, however this is not the hosts fault at all as it was advertised correctly as a small double.

I followed the directions I got messaged and found it easily, The host was lovely. The pod was clean and very accommodating, it even had mosquito spray! There was tea, coffee sugar, milk, butter, bread, Welsh cakes and a big bottle of water already provided when we got there which was a lovely touch. Made friends with a very friendly robin who would even come inside the cabin which the host told us about when we arrived. I would definitely recommend!

Nothing we didn't like other than the weather for hiking.

The Owl hut was lovely and cosy. There was a large area outside for dining and a fire pit area. The area was great for exploring. We visited Barmouth, Dolgellau and Fairmont. We hiked up Cadair Idria on the 30th June. Beautiful scenery but there was very poor visibility at the top so didn't see the views of the lake that we expected. Just means we have to return and do it again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Owl Hut. Would really recommend, the hut was clean and had everything you needed. The location is also ideal. The owners and also very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go back!

Owl hut is equipped with everthing you need, hosts have thought of it all, then added extras. Hosts are very friendly, and great communication. Great nights sleep, loved sitting outside having a bbq, listening to the owls, will be back to use the firepit on our next stay. Loved our 2 nights here with our Springer Spaniel Flo. Early morning coffee, in the peaceful setting, listening and watching the birds. Great place to stay.
