Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe parking space is quite difficult to manoeuvre into but it’s better to have a parking space, so no complaints here.
A beautiful, cosy property with stunning views and the main town is very accessible. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed, including a bottle of milk, which was very much appreciated! It also comes with on-site parking which is very convenient. If you can’t fit the car in the space, there is a public car park very close by.

United KingdomSmall bathroom and shower, no bathtub, could use a shelf to place cosmetics, toothbrush etc plus something to put shampoo etc into in shower stall. Also heater didn’t seem to work in smaller bedroom.
Excellent location. Peaceful with absolutely beautiful views of the sea and harbour. No traffic sounds of any kind! Just the soothing rumble of the waves and cawing of seagulls. Easy 5 minute stroll into town… Lovely main bedroom, so easy to sleep…Bright spacious living room area. Nice new kitchen with everything you need. Oh and so happy to find a hairdryer in bedroom bureau drawer! The owner obviously cares about their property and making it comfy and homey for their guests.

United KingdomParking a little challenging but doable… but we were made perfectly aware of this. So glad we took the small car for parking and the Cornish roads! Good thing was car was safe and a garage is provided.
Fantastic position and just a few minutes walk to restaurants. the apartment is beautifully decorated, very cosy with thoughtful touches. everything we needed was there. Was a little reluctant to leave we had such a great time.
