Great ground floor accommodation right in the centre of beautiful Barmouth. We took our dogs and it was perfect as there is a secure fenced garden in front of the house. Comfy bed & sofa, well equipped kitchen and a wet room bathroom, definitely will stay here again. Parking permit makes for a cheaper stay too. Good communication with the owner Roy too. The locals are very friendly too and there are some nice places to eat and lot’s of lovely walks and things to do.

My daughter & myself stayed at this apartment for 15 days, it was the 1st year we have actually managed to book at this property as we visit Barmouth regularly or when possible, Our stay was just what we expected...delightful & Roy the reservation Manager was a pleasant helpful chap

The boiler made quite a noise at times, very loud at times. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us however some might have found it more annoying.

Apartment well equipped, more spacious than it looks on the photos - bonus! Ideal location in the hub of Barmouth.

Very central, with access to a range of shops, restaurants and pubs. Short walk from beach, harbour and station and protected from worst weather. Good facilities, particularly if there are mobility issues, as accessible friendly. Warm and comfortable.

Entry passage a bit dirty and off-putting with lots of smelly bins but once inside the flat it was fine.

It was right in the middle of the town you didn't have far to walk to to the beach and amenities you could park up and enjoy your stay

Nothing really. Just a note that it's a bit of a trek from the car park with your luggage, if you are not able to get a spot on the street to unload. However, I was already aware of this, so not an issue for me at all.

Lovely little apartment - well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The location is great. Loved the fact that I could take my dogs. The parking pass was brilliant and saved me a fortune in parking fees. You can even use it in other car parks in the area. The host, Roy, was friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and family.

The garden. it’s located at the front of the property and on the high street. Although it’s pet/dog friendly, you can’t leave dog as the railings aren’t very high, the garden is elevated and if you have a larger size dog it would be shoulder/waist height to pedestrians - it’s not a deal breaker, and would still go back, just have to be mindful.

Location is spot on for being in the centre of everything in Barmouth.

Nothing not to like.

Being part of an old chapel it has character and gives it an interesting quirkiness. It’s in the centre of the little town and on the one way system. As part of the package it comes with a 24 hour parking pass to almost all of the long stay council car parks which save’s quite a bit of cash as parking can be quite expensive when staying for a week or more. The furniture is comfortable and more than adequate. The toilet/wet room is a good size and easy to use. As you are in the middle of the village/town everywhere is easily reached with nice pubs and many good eating houses for all tastes. If you hit a problem the hosts are easily contacted and there to help. I would recommend this venue wholeheartedly to anyone who a small family or a couple. I haven’t included photos of the property as those on Booking.com are accurate.

The property is located in the centre of the town and is just a five minute walk to the harbour and the beach. The apartment is clean, well equipped and spacious. we travel with our dogs and this property and location is absolutely perfect for them. This was the second time that we have stayed here and we have booked to stay here again in July. The host is lovely, as are the neighbours. This is the perfect dog friendly break, we love it.
