A very clean spacious home - it is home from home. Very well presented and looked after by two very nice gentleman who know exactly how to make you ‘feel at home’ very quickly. Great hosts. And space to park FREE at the property which is rear in Ilfacoombe. Also very close to the centre and very close to the Tunnels Beaches which was excellent for us.

There was nothing about the accommodation that we did not like.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the comfortable and luxurious Grosvenor House. The breakfasts were substantial and delicious. The owners, Nick and Andrew, were hospitable and attentive - the perfect hosts. We are pleased to recommend this guest house.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and is in the perfect location, but what absolutely makes this stand out above the competition is the friendly team there. Andrew and Nick are just the most welcoming hosts, they have made sure that they have thought of all your needs when they put their rooms together. A really lovely spot, very central and convenient, and absolutely spotless. Also, the breakfast is amazing.

We have just returned from our 2 night stay at the Grosvenor, which is absolutely fabulous. On arrival Andrew and Nick met us and made us very welcome and relaxed, The warm scones with cream and jam you are given on arrival is a welcome treat.The property is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious, this is the same throughout the property. I requested flowers to be put in our room as we were celebrating a wedding anniversary, the flowers they chose were very much appreciated by my wife, not only that they topped it off by bringing a bottle of bubbles on ice presented in a beautiful ice bucket. Breakfast is excellent and you just choose what you want from the menu and it is cooked perfectly with good produce. The location is perfect to walk to all areas of interest. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Kevin and Grace.

Couldn't fault anything !!

Absolutely fabulous B & B, Andrew & Nick were the perfect hosts, from Cream Tea & fresh pot of coffee upon our arrival to the lovely cooked breakfast; of which there was so much choice & nothing was too much trouble. The rooms where spacious and extremely clean & bright and the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main part of Ilfracombe. Would we go back & stay again - most definitely. It's a definite 10 out of 10 !!

Couldn’t have been a lovelier holiday, very thoughtful hosts catered for our every need and more! Nothing, it was all good.

What an amazing place to stay! Andrew and Nick have managed to make Grosvenor House the equivalent of a small Boutique hotel! Nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived. From helping us to bring our luggage in from the car, scones and cream brought to our room on arrival, and the the amazing breakfasts every day. We have nothing but praise for this incredible Guest House. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, fluffy white towels in the ensuite and an extremely comfortable bed. This was the best Guest House we have ever stayed in, we could not fault it.

Absolutely nothing!

Amazing hosts who were the right amount of attentive, made sure everything was good without being overbearing. The whole house is beautiful furnished and decorated. The bed was comfortable, and extra pillows and bedding available. Breakfast was perfect and offered a wide variety of choices.

Everything was perfect, despite the weather being far from ideal, we were sad to leave.

Beautiful tastefully decorated house, located in the heart of Ilfracombe on a very quiet street. Spacious, very clean room, large bathroom. Very tasty breakfast :) The owners are an absolute delight: friendly, charming, professional and helpful. We felt like we've been known them for years. A real home from home experience. Grosvenor House was only a three minute walk away from a wedding which we went to in The Tunnels making it very convenient. Nick and Andrew were excellent hosts, they were very welcoming and friendly. They made sure that we were well looked after throughout our three night stay. Staying for a wedding at Tunnel Beaches, the location was perfect. We loved the personal touches and feeling extremely welcome from the start. Nothing felt too much trouble for the hosts , with the perks of staying in a hotel with that home from home feeling.

The room was fresh and clean, breakfast was really good, the house is within walking distance from bus stops, beaches, shops, restaurants, theatre, etc. yet situated in a quiet street. Ilfracombe has a lot to offer and the area is stunning. Our hosts Andrew and Nick made our stay even more special. A very warm welcome awaited us, including a Cornish cream tea. Hospitality at its best throughout our stay.

There was nothing not to like

Fantastic breakfast,it was as comfortable as being at home,even more luxurious.Nick and Andrew are two of the nicest people I have met.They could not have done more for us.Great sense of humour.We hope to stay there again. Beauty scenery. The best bed and breakfast we have stayed in.
