The location is great. The breakfast had so many choices. The Hosts are very nice and think of everything!

I would highly recommend Gresham Court. Of all the places I have stayed during this vacation, this was the number one top spot. The owners were the nicest, most accommodating hosts. Added to that was the delicious breakfasts. In addition, the whole place is spotlessly clean. The attention to details is amazing. You will not regret making this guest house your vacation destination.

The owners are so nice and very accommodating. The Guest House is fabulous and has some simple, but effective touches. The breakfast menu cannot be faulted.

Lovely large Victorian room with a high ceiling. Modern facilities, bathroom and comfy bed. Thoughtful touches like free drinks in the fridge. Really excellent breakfast - best breakfast in our entire holiday. Russell and Caroline were friendly and really helpful.

Perfect location only 5 minutes walk to the harbour. Our room was outstanding with a very comfy bed and we loved the free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was the best we've had on our travels and to round a great stay off the owners were brilliant.

Absolutely fabulous, a beautiful room with lots of lovely little touches ( little bottles of wine, real milk, and beautiful toiletries plus lots more) spotlessly clean and very generous sized bedroom and bathroom. Caroline was a fantastic host so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we had ever had, the choice and quality was fantastic. Great location only a short walk to the harbour and shops. We will definitely be back.

The hosts provided thoughtful little touches that added extra ease to the stay - a huge selection of beverage options in the room and a little fridge with milk provided; umbrellas by the front door for guest use; leaflets in the room about local attractions. If there was anything they could do to make your stay pleasant, they had. I had the continental breakfast and the selection they provided was tasty and varied. I felt very safe and welcome as a solo traveller. A convenient short walk into town. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

This is the third time I've stayed at Gresham Court. Each time my stay has been excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. I particularly look forward to the home-cooked breakfast, relaxing in very comfortable surroundings and the warm welcome.

Location was a great base to explore Torquay on foot. We don’t drive so can’t comment on location in terms of driving/parking. The room was absolutely spotless. Gorgeous fluffy white towels. Complementary drinks and food were topped up. Lovely, quiet rooms. We had a fab stay for a long weekend and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gresham Court!

What an amazing place to stay! The hosts have literally thought of everything and it was the little touches that made the break so special!! We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and they couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable . It's an outstanding hotel and everything is done to a very high standard including the breakfast which was one of the best I've had anywhere! The rooms are spacious, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend it and we will be be back!! 😀

I was overly impressed by the room I stayed in. It had everything and more that I could ask for! I received so many things inclusive of my stay including free mini bar and free toiletries. The breakfast (which was also inclusive) was absolutely amazing quality and the owners were both attentive and kind on my arrival. I would definitely recommend Gresham Court to anyone looking to visit Torquay.

The room was beautiful, more than I thought it was going to be. I had the best sleep I’ve had in years! The bed was extremely comfortable! Russell went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, and made sure I had everything I need! Breakfast was amazing, all freshly cooked and had the option of continental. I have to say, this was the best holiday I’ve had in years and it’s all thanks to the hotel and its hosts!

Bathroom a bit small and shower pressure was quite low. None of these impacted our stay.

Amazing place. We had a lovely decorated room, spacious enough and very clean. We had a mini fridge with fresh milk and drinks, which is a really nice touch. Although it was quite hot being on the top floor we were provided with a fan and it was just fine. We also slept with the window open, and I was concerned the noise will disturb our sleep but it was actually quiet all throughout the night. Our bathroom was super clean and even had a night mist, which I've never had in a chain hotel, so that was lovely. The breakfast was amazing, loads of options, the cooked one was cooked to perfection and big portions, fresh fruit and drinks, protein bars etc and the decor was just absolutely lovely! The hosts were also very lovely, so we will definitely be coming back here!

Lovely accommodation, very clean. Some nice touches, free wine and drinks in the fridge. The couple were very friendly, and made you feel welcome. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, one of the best we've had in a B&B. Would definitely recommend and is excellent value for the money.

It was very well presented, clean and up to date. Breakfast was delicious and varied, overall the best guest house in Torquay. The hosts were lovely. Would definitely stay again, will also be recommending it to anyone wanting to stay in Torquay.
