We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalPaul and Jill are incredibly attentive and very helpful. Made a short Pitstop in Leek a very enjoyable experience. Rooms were great, and the on-site parking is fantastic, too. Their local knowledge is just what you need for a small town to make it feel bigger.

Nicely appointed room with a comfy bed , good shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The owners were very welcoming and cooked and served an excellent breakfast. At first because of the rooms proximity to a main road I was concerned that there might be a lot of noise but this proved not to be the case and we had a good nights sleep.

Paul and Jill were great hosts! Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Catered for all our needs as our family had 3 separate rooms booked. Great choice for breakfast and all tasty! Ideal location for Alton Towers and local facilities within walking distance. Local Wetherspoons was really good and excellent value. The Red Lion pub was also very good. Would definitely return.

The hosts are great, so friendly, genuine and welcoming and provided a fantastic breakfast. Accommodation was well equipped and clean. Plenty of parking close to your rooms.

There was 3 of us in our group and we loved the quirkiness of the room and the beams were exceptional. I was impressed that it was the only place I could book that offered 3 single beds. The room was lovely and warm it was very clean and tidy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. I’ll definitely be booking again the next time we come that way
