Our stay was amazing , it’s the second time we have stayed and both been perfect, great location, very clean , all around amazing !

Tucked in the middle of a block off the street in town, but quiet like a cave. ground level, spacious, every piece of it well-appointed, everything just about perfect.

Nothing- it was lovely

Beautiful property, decorated to a high standard and kitted out really well. The cottage is centrally situated yet so quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the shower was great too. The hosts were so helpful with information on getting to the cottage and the free parking was a huge bonus. We will definitely return here when we visit Ambleside again and highly recommend this property.

Only slight negative would be the parking if you don't manage to find a space on street outside.

Cottage was super clean and cosy. In great location in Ambleside in walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Lots of lovely dog walks near by and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Everything was perfect.

The property was stunning and the interior design was so well thought out and clearly no expense was spared. We loved the spaciousness of the cottage. It was absolutely immaculate and worth every penny.

There was nothing to dislike. The whole stay was perfect. We shall be booking again.

The skylights gave the cottage a bright warm appearance. The cottage was fully equipped and had modern furnishings. The cottage is well soundproofed even during the day the was no traffic noise.

No car parking at property.

Lovely quiet spot to relax . I felt very safe as a solo traveller..Great facilities & super comfy little cottage. Great outside area which was well lit. Struggled with luggage & a dog ,as had to park in car park away from cottage....but its managable with 2 trips. I will be booking again.....LOVED IT @

Nothing really - parking was limited but that's not the fault of the property and you get a parking permit which is extremely helpful.

Extremely clean and well presented throughout. Kitchen well equipped with all you could possibly need. I'd argue the photos on booking.com don't do it justice as it was more spacious than I was expecting. Excellent location for Ambleside shops and restaurants as well as popular walking routes.

Parking isn’t great in Ambleside in general but you are provided with a permit which can be used in various car parks not only in Ambleside but can also be used in nearby places.

Lovely cosy cottage, clean and decorated to a very high standard. Perfect location in a quiet street but very central to shops, restaurants etc.

only thing I would ask is that there could of been a lower pillow available rather than 2 very plump pillows, they were both too high to what I am used too.

beautiful little cottage,had everything we needed,great location and facilities. I was a little apprehensive as I am allergic to dogs and only realised they allowed dogs by prior arrangement after we booked,all credit to the cleaner,wonderful job and I was perfectly fine 🙂

No washing machine and although a free parking permit was included and the long stay car park only five minutes walk away, a park was not guaranteed and the car park was often full.

The furniture and appliances were lovely. Roomy and the bedroom had plenty of storage space. Thick, large bath towels. Great position for walking to all local attractions but also very quiet.
