Bit dated and scruffy. Not in a great area!

Was only a ten minute walk away from the town centre . Plenty of parking. Bed was comfortable

Night staff was very offensive towards us as we were using the door to disabled access told us we wasn't allowed to use access and wouldn't give me a chance to explain hotel knew about having a disabled customer and we could use the access for this reason he just barked at us shut the door and left we were stuck outside didn't even give us the option to go in before he shut the door very rude gentleman indeed! Had a problem with water for the shower luckily I'm tall so could reach water switch off valves high up the wall or we would never have coped but then again day reception staff saved the day got it sorted within the hour which was great

Nice hotel day reception staff very friendly made us feel welcome straight away couldn't be more helpful.

The door handle of the door to the bathroom was broken from inside and the door itself was not freely moving catching the carpet on the floor. The chair rest was broken as well.

Lots of noise coming from downstairs - people at the pub until way past midnight. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. If it weren’t for that, the review would have been a lot better.

The location was close to town, lovely shops nearby if you don't want to go too far, public transport reliable, staff absolutely amazing, would highly recommend.

The room was very basic, had 2 single beds pushed together! The shower door fell off when I opened it! Water dripping from an over flow pipe all night.

The room was large with opening windows. Bed firm but comfy. We had evening meal but not breakfast. The meal was what we ordered and very tasty. Check in and out went well. En suite had everything. In summary I would use again when in the area.

My daughter was along the hall from my sister and I and to walk along you could of got high on the weed that the other people staying there place had to bring my daugter to our room because a couple were arguing we had to wait for it to settle down

When booking more than 1 night I think they should put in room extra coffee and milk

The heating was on and didn't need to be we had to have the windows open all night. It was very dusty. Water supply very slow and toilet would only flush properly unless we kept pressing it. And also I would maybe suggest having a big bottle of water in the room for the kettle as its sterilized

Mould on ceiling in bathroom. Tea cup was stuck to saucer. Was water in kettle, should have been empty as could have been sitting there for days. We had to ask for towels and they didn't look nicely folded,were hard and weren't soft.

Large double room tastefully decorated with comfortable bed and pillow. WiFi bit patchy occasionally but overall good enough. Staff friendly and breakfast used good quality bacon and sausage.
