We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPerfect greeting by Joanne at reception who I believe is a spa member of staff, funeral attended Heading to hotel to then at 5 mins too late for room service after spending over £60 in bar for a couple of drinks and basic snacks, then retired to our rooms to have a shower and approx 10:00 went to head down to take a night cap to our room to raise a glass to both our mums who died within 2 month of each other ! To be told by three members of staff behind reception NO bar is closed and no solution to be given We own restaurants and have been in hospitality all our lives so perplexed disappointed are an understatement
It’s a familiar surroundings in a perfect location which we have frequented for leisure business for over 30 years Charity Events Weddings and I was a long term member of the gym and spa Room Upgrade I believe due it being mums funeral and our anniversary so a strange light and shade experience

United KingdomThe plus sockets next to the bed. We couldnt charge our phones next to the bed so I had to charge behind the TV stand. When I got up in the night to check my phone for the time I hit my knee off the tv stand and now I have a bruise. If had been able to charge next to the bed I would have just been able to look at my phone at the side of me.
We were doing the Great North Run so it was close to where we were parking for the day whilst competing. It was also close to where we ate on the Saturday night

United KingdomThe only downside was it was quite noisy on the Saturday after a wedding-noisy guests returning to their rooms in the around hours of the morning and loitering around the corridors.
This is our third year returning and we really like this hotel. And absolutely love the location on the seafront. Staff are always friendly and accommodating.
