Our room was on the top floor and the stairs a struggle for us. Parking was restricted but we managed to get a parking place in side street, but imagine at busy times would be hard.

Excellent Location just across from the seafront and beside the amazing castle which was free to visit.

I think the carpet on the stairs could do with updating!

Good value for money. ~The room perhaps quite small but spotlessly clean, comfy bed, pleasant dining room with excellent breakfast. The location is good too - just off the front in a quiet street.

There were a few things that we felt needed improvement. It was self check in and very little communication with people running it. Just taking breakfast orders. So no personal touch for some reason. There were a few minor issues in room. Not toilet paper holder, shower door didn’t close well and shower head leaked. No bedside table one side. All first world problems!!

Comfy bed and close to the seafront

Downside is there is not a lot of parking directly outside the guest house but that is not the fault of the hotel, the area is very popular and busy. We had to drive around a few times to find a spot it was a little bit a noying as lots of streets were one way and we weren't sure where we were going. Next time we will be fine.

Fantastic location to help a family member move out of university accommodation into a house in the area. Hotel lovely and clean. Very large building. Lots of bedrooms. Check in was very easy as all details were left for us to do a self check in at the reception area for when we arrived. Bedroom comfortable and clean. Shared bathrooms didn't bother us. Shower room had a toilet inside and was very clean. Other separate toilet also clean. Breakfast was lovely in the morning. A selection of cereals and full Welsh breakfast, tea coffee ect, yoghurts ect. Not that we needed it but there was also vegetarian and gluten free options. Complimentary bottles of water, drink making facilities in the bedroom were very welcomed after a long journey.

Arrive early if you can to get parking nearby. We got a park easily but were pleased we were early.

Great location. Well organized check-in/check-out. Small but cozy room. Generous welcome pack & full specially prepared breakfast. Walking distance to places of interest.

Not a complaint but there are a few flights of stairs if you have a room at the top floor. Self service check bit impersonable but again not an issue and it worked OK. Parking bit of a problem although I think it was school holidays.

Comfortable one night stay. Room was good although bed seemed to be very small for a double but was OK. Could see ocean from window. Breakfast was very good.

It would be nice to have a coffee machine that made to order coffee and fresh fruit at breakfast. I would also love to see a non sweetened yogurt option.

I loved my cozy twin room. It had everything I needed. I loved the big window out to the street and the location was superb, right by the castle and the sea.

Cooked & continental breakfast available, overall fairly limited Would’ve been nice to see a member of staff on reception on our arrival at 6.30pm -that was after we had to access the front door key via a key safe! (member of staff spoke to us via a ring doorbell). I was mildly concerned about the lack of reception staff, especially on check in as the document wallets were on display for anyone to collect… Should be noted that there wasn’t a ground floor accessible room at all within the building. Bed was incredibly creaky, stains on the bedsheets The communal lounge was worn and dated. A tad expensive for a seaside B&B for two nights…

Quality of breakfast was good - locally sourced items on offer, catering to various dietary requirements. Breakfast staff were very attentive and welcoming. Bedroom was very clean as were communal areas. Shoutout to the staff who left cakes and chocolates for my partners birthday!! Check in was fairly straight forward - collecting a document folder with room keys in. Shared spaces were clean and tidy

We could hear the other residents talking which is unfortunate. I hadn't realised that the room had a shared bathroom.

The single room without en suite was quite expensive. And the separate toilet did not have a basin to wash your hands. Also, the only shower available for that room was not near by.

    Breakfast good.
