Few toilets. Complicated when the establishment is full.

    Convivial kitchen and dining room.

The location from the bus stop is not great. Its not the hostels fault, but the bus stop is off the highway exactly 30 minutes walk in either direction to the hostels location. Walking along a highway with no sidewalk for 30 minutes was quite stressful and dangerous. I wish there was a shuttle or a closer bridge. It is a full hours walk from the bus stop.

The hostel was lovely. Very clean, great kitchen, shower facilities were excellent.

Bathrooms need a bit updating. Main shower block had a consistent smell of stale sweat. Other shower/toilet..toilet seat didn't stay up on its own. Spoke to warden who said it had been reported.

Location fantastic and staff very helpful. Kitchen good size and well equipt and the lounge very comfortable

Mostly excellent; only a couple of very minor niggles. As well as the communal shower room, there was a single shower, but we noticed that this one seemed to be broken so that it was permanently very hot and couldn't be altered no matter how you adjusted the dials. One dorm I stayed in had dual aspect windows and was fine temperature-wise, but the second dorm only had one small window and got very hot overnight despite the outdoor temperature being low - don't really know what the hostel can do about that though?! The bunks had one very small shelf each which was good for putting a drink or your watch on etc, but some hostels have a little pouch/bag per bunk and sometimes a socket and tiny light too - perhaps this hostel could add these features?

Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities met my needs. There was plenty of space in the kitchen/communal areas, which isn't always the case in some hostels. The little shop in the reception area was a nice bonus.

Co-ed shower room was a surprise, but not a big deal. There are individual shower stalls, but the room itself is co-ed.

Excellent hostel in Glencoe near some fantastic hiking. You can hike directly from the hostel! We had a private twin room with shared facilities. The facilities are co-ed, so heads up on the showers! Great communal kitchen with ample food storage. Had beers and snacks to purchase at the check-in.

Minor quibble, but the car park was jam-packed, and it took some juggling to squeeze in. (In sardine-mode the carpark held substantially more than the 10 spots advertised.)

    Great hostel.

I don't even know anymore, probably better internet, beds and a closet for things.

We had two types of rooms in this accommodation. A beautiful wooden cabin, where everything smelled of wood, there was a private shower and toilet. Teapot, glasses, simply beautiful. The remaining 4 members of our expedition had a standard room. She was pure, such a classic. The accommodation had a nice clean kitchen and a nice common room with books.

It was not possible to charge my e-bike batteries in my room. The other 20 hotels that I stopped in when cycling LEJOG let me charge my two batteries in my room. My room had a window that did not fit so there was a gap

The dry room was very good. The staff were very helpful

A bed side lamp for reading would be great. Car park a bit small, some motion activated lights would be helpful.

The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, the wee shelf by the top bunk useful, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the staff a delight
