Although there was some noise from the main road opposite, once the evening drew in, just fine - very welcoming host, excellent dinner - excellent breakfast - nice garden, nice little walk in the village and around the old church next door - loved the church bells on Sunday morning - if you spend as much time on the road and in chain hotels, somewhere like this is charming

Small room but very comfortable. Very close to busy A90 but minimal traffic noise in the room - no more than at home. Shower and bed were very good after a long day travelling. Hotel food was excellent and good breakfast included in the price. Staff were friendly, helpful and good company. Definitely to be recommended for anyone staying near Perrth or passing as we were. We needed somewhere to stay last minute and the staff were very flexible in accommodating us on a busy night for them in the bar due to Scotland playing live on tv. They could not have been more helpful and we will definitely stay there again.

This was an unplanned convenience stopover. Pleasant room, good location, quiet -- despite being right on the old highway. Staff were friendly and I loved all the dogs.

Nothing not to like.

Before we arrived we received an email informing us of evening meal times and inviting us to book if we intended to eat there. When we arrived we were met by Lena who showed us to our room and made us feel very welcome The meal was delicious and served by the lovely Lena. Nothing was too much bother for her. The following morning breakfast was excellent and well presented. All well cooked and hot. A lovely overnight stay after a long journey.

Traffic noise probably unavoidable given location, despite double glazing - bothered the light sleeper amongst us.

Breakfast was excellent, as anticipated, as dinner the previous evening had been superb. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Ideal stopping off place on journey to Tayside.

A great hotel on the outskirts of Perth with lovely rooms in an annex. Good food (dinner and breakfast) with a nice selection of specials and a generous size fry-up for breakfast. Special praise to the host/manager who made the extra effort for all her guests. Especially liked the good quality Mira shower with rainfall shower-head in the well decorated bathroom.

Visited for a wedding which was close by and easy to walk to. Very welcoming with easy check in / check out. The room was clean and cosy, and i loved the shower. Breakfast was tasty too. Great value for money, I'd visit again :)

No signal in the rooms, not much we can do about that!

Accommodation set beside the hotel in a courtyard setting. The room had everything we needed for our one night stay. TV, kettle, hairdryer. The room was warm, extra blankets if needed. Lena made us most welcome. The food was excellent, our evening meal was, 2 starters, two mains, one dessert and one pint lager. Very good value at £50. The food was just perfect and delicious. Breakfast was great, good choice and was included in our stay. It included choice of cereals, porridge, fruit juice, fruit & plain yoghurt. Full cooked breakfast or haddock and poached egg. Tea/ coffee /toast with jam & marmalade and offers to refill the pot or have more toast. We really enjoyed our overnight stay. Wi-fi in the main part of the hotel.

Bit close to main road but still not noisy

The rooms are located next door to the main pub/ restaurant in a separate building. Each are ground floor with their own individual door into the garden. Decent size, comfy bed, lovely shower and very clean. Good breakfast all fresh cooked

What a lovely stay we had. The locals in the hotel bar were so lovely and really made our stay. The hotel owners and staff were all lovely. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and they were both lovely, very impressed at the breakfast choice! The location was good for what we needed. The rooms were clean, well equipped and quiet. Again thank you to the lovely locals for making us so welcome for our anniversary weekend.

Good WiFi in the bar and main hotel. But no WiFi in the rooms and no real signal.

Very comfortable and a good location. Good sized rooms with excellent showers and these are separate to the main hotel and bar. Evening meals are served and there is a good breakfast. Nice bar area. Friendly staff.
