We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe mattress was very hard. No shelves in the bathroom for your bits. Kettle was too big to fit in the sink to fill. The wardrobe has no back on it so was unsafe to use. Though it was no issue for us as it was a stunning weekend, you have to walk to the nearby pub for breakfast - provision of umbrellas may be handy 😀
Location was good, for us. Breakfast was lovely, despite the walk to the pub. Room and bathroom were clean.

United KingdomThe person in the breakfast area let us down when he repeatedly said we didn't hand him over the breakfast coupon though we did that as the first thing when we entered! It took a while to convince him it was indeed given, but that wasn't a good start for the morning which was not so bad otherwise. And the breakfast was overpriced for what they offered.
Nice location near Skye bridge on the lake front in Kyleakin. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Since we opted for breakfast included in our fare, we were issued a breakfast coupon for next morning at the time of check-in itself! Reception, our room and the breakfast area are located in three different properties!!!
