you don’t have the happiest of staff, didn’t really have much interaction other than checking in, and going to waterside for breakfast.. at the restaurant the younger members of staff were extremely friendly..noticed on our first day, an older waitress got quite annoyed by who was being sent to the restaurant for breakfast, apparently should have been in main hotel..we shouldn’t have to see that, quite unprofessional

    great location, nice clean hotel

Breakfast was very busy and the staff seemed a bit stressed, they were very polite and friendly but it wasn't a very relaxed atmosphere.

the room was really spacious, more like a home than a hotel. Perfect location for a walk along the river.

Little blood stains on the wall in the bathroom opposite toilet seat

The fact that it was surrounded by churches and also the water front.

Not quite a junior suite. We went for a quiet night - on arrival drilling above our heads - tried to complain and was told it would stop and certainly not in the morning. It took 30 minutes and it stopped at 5. Next morning we were woken by drilling or saws and it just kept going. It ruined our night away.

Comfy bed, lovely bathroom except shower was broken. . Good view of the river from the window. Fair breakfast.

The sound proofing in our room was not particularly good. We could hear conversation from the next room. The shower was rather cramped.

Lovely setting by the River Ness. The distillery and brewery on site was fascinating.

We booked two riverview rooms. One room had a fabulous view, the other room was on the third floor and with a very small attic window with no view of the river and no other windows in the room.

It is in a lovely location.

The parking was a little tricky, but we made a space.

The room was nice and the location was ideal--just off the main pedestrian street, so it was quiet but close to everything you need. The property was much larger than I expected with multiple buildings. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of options

It was a little too hot to get awesome sleep.

It is near everything you'd want to do in Inverness. There is a great brew pub/distillery connected to the resort. We had take away breakfast sandwiches because we needed to hit the road on the last morning that were, as my son would say "busin, busin" which means really good.

It would have been helpful to have direction and advice about parking before arrival. No mention of free parking to the rear of the hotel complex. Booking.com just noted that parking was £1.25 per hour over night?

Once parked at rear of building, access to the room was easy. Clean spacious room with excellent river view. Very comfortable. Bathroom clean and spacious. Excellent evening dinner and breakfast. Attentive staff and good service.

One bar person was an absolute bully to her colleagues and had terrible customer service. Leaving orders half open, walking away instructing other (very busy) staff to complete her orders! The disrespect she showed her staff and customers was ridiculous.

The room was small but adequate for our needs and priced appropriately. The hotel staff were good, unfortunately 2 bar staff really let things down. This was a wedding, so that's really poor on their part for that. One female bar staff, presumably in a senior role, was very rude and ignorant to customers and spoke to her colleagues in a disrespectful way, leaving another bar staff member looking and feeling miserable. She looked to be on the brink of tears. I felt awful for the staff working with such a bully. However, all the other staff were really nice and good fun!

The hotel is spread across many separate buildings, this is quite quaint but if the weather is bad you get very wet going to breakfast! There was no lift as we were in a listed building, I do wish I had known previously, I'd have requested a ground floor as I have mobility issues. That said, the view was lovely. The sofa bed however needs updating.

The room was comfortable and had a TV in each of the two areas.
