Size of the shower room. It's a bit hard with my mobility issues.

Very comfortable beds, sofas were extremely comfortable and so relaxing when watching a movie. Within easy walking distance to the beach and town centre. It was so quiet and peaceful. Perfect for our relaxing break with our Bichonpoo, who loved it also! Would definitely book again.

Biggest bonus was how close it is to the beach a nice 4min stroll. A real homely feeling caravan with everything you might need, lovely outside space to enjoy as well. Definitely one I would recommend and enjoy staying in again.

Nothing not to like. There was loads of electric from previous guests. We topped up when we should of checked there was enough. The was over £100 on the meter!

Comfortable, clean, well equipped and warm at night! It rained and was chilly so we were concerned we'd be cold with a 1 year old but the heaters provided were amazing and the room kept the heat in all night. Beds are very comfortable. Slept like a log. Would definitely stay again xx

Only one minor issue is that we did not know where to dispose of the rubbish.

Two of us rode (motor bikes) onto the caravan park through the amusements, tattoo shops and fast food outlets and thought of the noise and flashing lights were going to be too much and thought we would not be staying. (It is great if you have kids but not for a quiet break) Then we found Gina's caravan - an oasis of serenity. There were four other caravans in this perfect enclave. Still walking distance to the melee (if that is your thing). Two comfortable bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. A TV, radio and heaters (it did get quite cold in the late evening). There were lots of instructions around the property which were really useful. It is clear that this is a private holiday home and it is well kept and clean.

Had constant contact with owners about caravan facilities, keys etc, they were very accommodating. The caravan looked like it had recently been painted throughout & all new flooring, it was spotlessly clean & tidy. There was everything you could ask for inside & out, lovely private area to sit outside, car parking for 2 cars, it was very much home from home. I was there a Sunday to Wednesday, at that time it was very quiet around the caravan. There is 8 static caravans in one fenced off area so feels more private. It was a few minutes walk to the beach which was perfect for walking miles with the dogs on the sandy beach, also not far to amusements, far enough away though that you cant hear them.

I was blown away at the attention to detail of Gina's caravan. everything I needed was to hand. lovely homely atmosphere and spotlessly clean. My little pup says She loved her stay too.. nwe didn't want to go home even though the weather was a bit of a challenge at times. met some lovely locals and had a marvellous carvery in the pub! a little Norfolk gem.

Nothing, really. It was an older van, but it was so well maintained.

Very comfortable furniture and beds. Very well looked after and loved caravan. If the weather had been a little better, we would have really enjoyed the gazebo outside. There didn't seem to be anything that hadn't been thought of, right down to the buckets and spades.

Lovely caravan , well stocked clean and comfortable beds and sofa, shower room quite spacious , eating area outside which we didn’t use due to weather , situated in Hemsby which has everything you need for a lovely holiday. Communication with owners was brilliant

I was happy with everything but we just had a problem with the shower pressure but that could of been because of the wind we had on Tuesday but that did not matter as we still managed to have washes and wash our hair over the shower from water from the sink and it was no problem as we still enjoyed ourselves

Beautiful location. Wonderful homely feel and so relaxing. Had the best break we've had in years. Would've been a bargain at twice the price. We'll definitely be returning one day.

The caravan was spotless and the smell was divine. Very comfortable, bed was great, shower small but brilliant. Didn't use cooking facilities but all looked good. Lovely outside area and loads of small touches. Fantastic area in brilliant location
