There was no place to plug in a hairdryer in the bathroom (must be a UK safety law) but there was no mirror in the bedroom, so it was like doing my hair in the dark!!

The location was very convenient for visiting beautiful Haslemere. The staff were friendly and the restaurant and bar were both lovely. I particularly liked the cosy seating areas with fireplace-style heaters near the bar areas. My room was very spacious and comfortable and the shower was excellent! I also liked being able to park off street behind the hotel.

Clean, comfortable and well-appointed rooms and en-suite bathrooms. Restaurant had lovely atmosphere, staff were friendly and found the right level of attentiveness without being intrusive. Varied menu to suit all tastes and the food was tasty, well-presented and not so huge in portion size that we couldn't manage dessert! Breakfast was also excellent, served on the glassed-in terrace overlooking the garden.

Basically, I did not think the food was particularly good and it was, for what it was, very expensive. which is a shame as the hotel was lovely. There were also deals on offer for breakfast which we were not informed about. To summarise,due to the cost of the restaurant, not good value for money.

The spacious clean modern rooms, all matching furniture throughout , massive comfortable bed, fridge in room, large fan in room, lovely toiletries also. Great breakfast!

The bed was honestly so uncomfortable, hard mattress and the viscosity of the pillows was hard to fathom, they looked plump and buff until you laid on them and then they turned into a slice of thin cut bread, no one likes thin cut bread, look this is just my own preference but take nothing away from the venue and staff , that part was amazing

There is 24 hour access to the property but the reception is not by the front door, so this could potentially mean people not staying there could wander in and out.

The electricity kept going off at night and we lost all water to the bathroom when I went to the toilet at 1am so couldn’t wash my hands but I had hand sanitiser with me. Our key stopping working in morning when checkout was 11:30 but apart from that it was lovely.

The rooms were so lovely and clean. I like the movable mirror in the bathroom when applying make up. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were spot on and I’m quite fussy about pillow. I loved biscuits and the fact that there were tea making facility. But the best thing was the smell of those gorgeous diffusers made me feel like the Queen!

The restaurant is a different business, Copa Club, which is great. But breakfast not included for that reason which for the price felt it should be. Limited parking, but we got a space and no problem for us.

The room was large, gorgeous bathroom, great common spaces to relax downstairs, locations is perfect - lots of pubs, restaurants, great Italian Cafe nearby. perfect weekend away destination.

There isn’t loads of parking on site but we got a space. Would probably ask for a room at the back which would be quieter. Road noise was not bad.

This is a lovely hotel, recently updated in a lovely location. It was stylish and clean and the food good. Great town to walk around and nice garden area too.

Nothing negative to report-- a nice, well-run hotel.

Plenty of helpful staff. Spacious area for meals. Breakfast available through extended time. Food and drink a little pricey but tasty and well presented. Very nice building and location.

Room 1 just above front door can be very noisy with road noise and especially so if people are out there at night having fun but also making quite a lot of noise - take your air plugs

The emergency lighting unit above the door had a green light which illuminated the entire room at night.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed including a great shower and TV I could connect my phone to. A bottle of fresh milk in the fridge was also a welcome surprise as were the biscuits!
