Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Convenient location for a weekend in Norwich - buses into town really efficient. Good food at dinner.

Every detail was considered from the size of the mugs provided to the very helpful staff in finding us a parking space. Restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner very very good. Excellent breakfast and dinner, and our standards are high. Reception staff extremely welcoming and helpful.

George Hotel is my go to hôtel in Norwich. This absolutely beautiful comfortable cozy boutique hotel comes with the best staff and service, always friendly, helpful, pleasing, courteous with a smile and the best bar/cafe/restaurant! Perfect location too, a 10/15 minute walk into the city center. I just love it here! So British!❤️

United StatesI had rented a single room. It was a hot day and the room was hot. Despite there being an instruction notice on how to operate the Airconditioning, there was none. When I asked about it I was told single rooms don't get air conditioning. I couldn't open the window either to get some fresh air. there was a small fan which helped a little bit. I wish I would've known that before making the reservations.
Great and flexible reception. Breakfast was great and the area nice and quiet. Overall the facility was clean.

United KingdomWe booked an executive room for one night and were upgraded to the King Suite, a lovely spacious room at the top of the building, full of character and equipped with a luxurious bathroom. This is the only room on this floor so feels like a private retreat. Do bear in mind that access is via a narrow, winding staircase. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and we enjoyed a very nice dinner in the restaurant. The hotel’s in a leafy residential area, 15 mins walk to the edge of the centre, around 30 mins from the cathedral.
