Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomOur room, N0 1 is situated on the ground floor, the external window ( Nearest Bed ) is a sliding sash window. It is not possible to secure the window in the closed position as the draw bolts & locating holes are not aligned, Would have liked to secure window at night.
Staff very helpfull, hotel good value. Good location, third time that we have stayed at the George in the last 12 months.

United KingdomParking is a good step away for overnight. The food in Wetherspoons is really not great. Would not eat there again . Also the smoke alarm went off 4 times before closing at midnight. Nobody came upstairs to explain what the issue was and my husband had to go down to the bar in his pyjamas! It was a fault in the kitchen.
Good location. The room was very spacious and had everything you needed for overnight stay.

United KingdomThe hotel does not have a car park and it took quite some time to find the nearest car park which was a short period(two Hours only) pay and display.It would make arriving by car far easier if Weathspoons could come to a parking arrangement with one of the nearby supermarkets !

United KingdomNo view from the room, car parking - we had to keep moving the car as only a 2 hour stay at coop and Morrison car park, the staff on Wednesday evening when we had a evening meal were great Thursday morning breakfast the member of staff was not happy.
The room was great out of the main hotel, manager on Wednesday evening was very helpful and friendly, good food , plenty of tables and space, the room had everything needed and very clean.
