We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only downside was that the mattress wasn't the most comfortable. If there was one thing the hotel could improve on, it would be investing in better quality foam mattresses.
The staff were really helpful. As we were a newly wed, they offered us complimentary breakfast for our stay and additionally, they allowed us to get changed in a separate room so that the decor in the room that we stayed did not get ruined. Overall, a really pleasant stay, sea view was really nice and I'm surprised that it isn't a 5* hotel.

United KingdomCar parking is too expensive, Sky Bar food was good but a bit formulaic like a fancy, fast food place. We expected something fancier giving the lovely bar. £100 deposit taken in case of Extras added to room (which we never do), this has not yet been returned more than 24-hours after checkout.
Staff and room were great. Facilities and proximity to NEC fantastic.

Excellent choice & quality breakfast. Super nice staff. Sky bar is beautiful to sit and have breakfast. Fantastic views outside. Room was very comfortable. Lovely walk in shower. Excellent cleanliness. We would definitely return. Reception staff & Front of house very welcoming

United KingdomThe view from the room was a bit poor for the additional charge. Overflowing ashtrays in view of the windows of the sky view restaurant when having our breakfast.
We paid extra for the view and I was expecting something a little more for £50 as the room was exactly the same size as the cheaper room. The view was the crowne Plaza hotel. A bit disappointed.

Checkin was quick and very efficient, the location is superb for the NEC and attractions, my room was very clean and comfortable and the Sky Bar on the top floor had a great atmosphere and the breakfast was pretty good too.

United KingdomThe fact that anyone from the lobby can get into the lifts and make their way to any of the floors. I saw many people tap their passes on their floors but allowed others to come in with them. Not sure what can be done about this as you can't help what customers do, but this is definitely something that needs to be reviewed.
