The weather good have been better, but they can't control that. The outdoor seating area could have a roof put over it, so it is usable all year, but that is just a suggestion.

The location was ideal for us. The views were breath taking and it was so peaceful. Even the horses were wonderful to watch, as they ran around playing. I will definitely stay here again. Diana and Tom are really nice people.

That I had to leave! 🙁

Everything! Diane was so welcoming and brought us cake on our arrival. Essentials were provided so we could have a drink. The flat was spotlessly clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The area is peaceful so great for a relaxing break.The views and garden were stunning. They have the cutest dog too that popped in regularly for a fuss. I will definitely be returning.

Just perfect! Very friendly host, lovely home, stunning view. Everything was very clean and the host prepared everything nicely. It's a lovely home with beautiful nature around it. Perfect for a quiet stay close to the city. There are small towns nearby for shopping. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you so much.

Couldn’t fault -but as the weather was so lovely -would have enjoyed a bit of grass space as it surrounds the house, the outdoor seated area feels a tiny bit random.

Lovely interior very light and bright and clean -all the facilities you need and might possibly require.

It is such a wonderful place to spend a holiday. The accommodation is part of a larger house but has its own entrance. French windows lead to a patio with teak furniture. Overall you have a lot of privacy. Good walking opportunities with a public footpath next to the property. Petersfield and Midhurst are less than 15 minutes away by car, very convenient. The hosts made us feel really at home. We will definitely rent this cottage again in the future.

We live in a property, in a wood, with no immediate neighbours, so it was a little awkward staying in a property and having people around us, as it was, albeit separate, part of the main residence. We felt a little self-conscious, particularly hearing people moving about in the rooms above, although the family were not at all noisy. The instructions handbook was a little daunting with a great emphasis upon the things that guests should or must not do - which further added to us feeling a little uncomfortable. Also, we could not find a way of controlling the heating. We were a little cold when we arrived, particularly in the bedroom, but after lighting the wood-burning stove, it was much warmer.

The location was lovely and the property was easy to find, thanks to the precise instructions which Diana had provided. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed. It must be said the the flat is delightful, extremely well equipped and comfortable, good wifi and TV. It is just a small thing, but we would have liked a Casserole Dish, so that we could prepared food for when we arrived back after a day out.
