Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe only thing I had an issue with, purely because I am not a confident driver 😂…. Is the single road which the property is situated on. As it turns out, it wasn’t a problem, as the only other car I saw pulled over anyway…. But that is the only thing I “didn’t like about the property”
I dont often leave reviews of stays, but this one deserves it! What a place! The communication of the hosts and their willingness to accommodate requests was outstanding from the very start. Fast replies, helpful, thorough. Much appreciated!! The property is immediately quite grand and even the drive up you get some lovely views! A private parking space, in a secured area. Easy self check in upon arrival. Lovely space, fresh flowers on the table, absolutely everything I needed. There was a selection of shampoo/shower gel etc, which was such a lovely touch!! Shower was great, bathroom spacious, I really wanted to use the bath but was there for just one night sadly and rushing around to see the local area! Tea, coffee, biscuits. Even the kettle was great. I took a photo for when I need a new one! Got up in the morning to have a tea outside in the garden area which has chairs overlooking what I will call a valley. The bedroom!…..The bed was lovely, I had a great sleep. Very cosy, tv in bedroom also was nice. Decor was nice, plenty of space, lovely garden area, great views, good parking, fantastic hosts. Everything about this stay was wonderful! (If you haven’t got that already!)
