We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaRestaurant was very slow with service, was there an hour half when I only ordered soup and chips. It wasn’t that busy about 5 tables but they seemed overwhelmed. Food was good though. Had issues with door keys not working and took 3 attempts.
Plenty of space, comfortable, breakfast included, bathtub to relax after lots of travel, parking included. Easy to get to.

United KingdomThe king size bed was enormous. It was fairly comfy ( but not as good as a Hypnos bed). A mattress topper would have been lovely. The shower is over the bath, so not easy to get in and out if any mobility issues.
Booked last minute for a next day arrival to be near Derriford Hospital. What a find! Had a suite, two huge rooms, basket of fruit, bottles of water, bottle of sparkling wine. Good size fridge too. Dining table, sofa bed. Although it is very close to a busy road, my room was a quiet oasis of calm after spending the day visiting in hospital. The fluffy dressing gowns and slippers were great. Took around 20-25 minutes to walk to Derriford or there are handy bus stops nearby with a frequent bus service. Only ate in the restaurant one night. Food was nicely presented, friendly staff. Large free car park with free parking, just register your car registration number at reception. Plentiful hot water and a powerful shower. Very novel door to the bathroom, which also became the door to the toilet too!! There was a guest laundry room on the first floor, very handy and not expensive. I was able to extend my week's stay by a further night, awaiting my husband's discharge from hospital. The person on reception (sorry I didn't get her name) was very helpful to me with that. It was much appreciated at a very stressful time.

Big, well designed family bedroom. We had two enormous doubles in our room. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Slippers and dressing gowns provided as a bonus.

A good sized room and friendly staff made the stay a pleasure.

United KingdomThe breakfast at £13/head is expensive. However if you use this sevice there is an endless choice and variable taste of food. My wife and I only have a small amount for breakfast so the £13 is expensive for us.
WE have stayed here many times. It represents value for money. WE tend not to use the food services as we obtain our own food in and around Plymouth.
