The bed was very bouncy and dipped in the middle but other than that all was fine

Good location and a bonus of free car parking two minutes walk from the hotel. Shops and attractions all within walking distance.

There was only one window in the room (privacy glass) which didn’t open so we couldn’t get any fresh air into the room at all.

Although the hotel is situated on a busy main road there was virtually no noise inside the room at all. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. No problems getting extra milk, tea bags etc for the room either.

The instructions for the shower was wrong. We worked out that we had to turn the handles in the opposite direction to the instructions for the correct operation. The lights in the rooms was very dull , this include the bathroom. Another gripe would be the flow of traffic at breakfast. After descending down the stairs ,It seemed as though you were coming back on yourself to gain access to food items . Access to the plates were on the other side of food and were not particularly warm. A rethink of flow is needed. On a positive note the food was plentiful and good value for money.Can I say a big thank to Daniel who was superb. Each morning he greeted guests with a sunny disposition .He was professional ,warm, attentive and polite .

The location was spot on , shops on the door step .The staff were professional. The room was spacious. We liked the interchangeable design of the the bathroom and toilet door . The bed was very comfortable. One of my friends loved the power shower in their room.

I ordered 2 medium wines which were shown on the menu as costing £6.25 each but I was charged £17.00. I have no idea why and should have complained at the time.

Hotel was well located at end of motorway. Rooms comfortable, good bathroom.

It is very old. Although rooms are large and seems to be comfy, low water pressure in the shower and very slow lifts makes it a bit uncomfortable. One side there is a towel heater, other side shower has still curtains. One side there is a huge tv, other side tv does not have smart apps like Youtube/Netflix. Definitely need some renovation.

It was all good.

Clean and comfortable room with a decent shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. Plenty of outlets for charging. Breakfast was really nice - plenty to choose from and all very tasty. Friendly staff. Location ideal for Bristol city centre.

Our bed was a bit too soft but another friend staying in another room had a great bed so it might be potluck. Our TV also didn't work but that's not a massive loss. Breakfast was expensive but service was good and food was tasty.

The staff were really helpful and the location for the centre of Bristol was perfect. Aircon worked really well. Bathroom was a nice size and the shower had power. WiFi was great. They put us in a quite room and it was quiet and dark so great there.

Breakfast was ok but lots of processed food. Our safe didn’t work but reception offered to change our room to address that.

Good location if your shopping in the main area, you may want to consider a different area if your looking for the restaurants, bars and theatres. Good size room. Have to say that staff were friendly and welcoming. Daniel was particularly good.
