The only thing was the downstairs bathroom / loo in the night. It was a nice bathroom, but it might not suit some people. Nothing the owners could do about this . It's a small house and there is no alternative to having the facilities downstairs

Lovely well maintained comfortable small terraced house , easy access , convenient for walking into centre of Hereford . Quiet in back upstairs bedroom. My friends said their front bedroom was quiet at night but some traffic from about 6 in the morning. Ideal for a short stay.

Very comfortable, clean little house with easy walking distance into town. Matt contacted us to check everything was ok and if we needed anything. Well stocked with the necessary basics and the welcome bottle of wine was really appreciated.

House is in the perfect location to get into town for dinners or visiting the Cathedral. Parking on the street was easy on either side. The Barrels pub was a short walk down the street which was good for some beers after dinner. The right side of town if you wanted to get out to Eastnor Castle with kids. The house itself was nice, comfortable and presentable. Everything was super tidy and easy to find and use. The stairs are compareble to most apartment stairs in London. We had no issues with them.

Great place, well and sympathetically renovated with a lovely bottle of Prosecco on arrival super clean and super nice. Lovely little garden patio for a BBQ at the back but we didn;t have time to use it.

Location was great and house was very easy to find parking excellent. Very spacious and clean accommodation. Coffee tea sugar milk toiletries absolutely everything covered by the hosts plus a welcome bottle of Prosecco. My European colleagues were amazed by the property and all the thought that had gone into making this a home from home. Our business will definitely be looking to book again. Can’t thank you enough it made my job of organising my colleagues much easier.

Host was incredibly helpful and on the ball, lovely bottle of Prosecco on arrival. House was in a great location as we had a wedding to attend, parking right outside, had everything we needed including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt etc, toiletries available and plenty of towels.

The inconvenience of the bathroom being downstairs from the bedrooms.

The kitchen was renovated excellently with every utensil you could possibly want. Lovely dining room, too with a welcoming bottle of fizz.

It was fine for us but the stairs were very steep and narrow, and with the only toilet being downstairs I think elderly people might struggle.

It's a nice little Victorian terraced house with space outside at the back where you could enjoy a meal (weather permitting; it was rather cold and damp when we visited). The kitchen is equiped with all the essentials, the dining room is a reasonable size, the lounge is snug and comfy. Upstairs the bedrooms are fairly spacious, well laid out, and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable house. All the essentials were provided for you (salt, sugar, tea. coffee, toiletries, etc), especially good for us as we were flying into the UK and so had limilted space. The host was very quick to reply to our numerous questions which helped a lot.

A very minor detail. We were a party of four and were very lucky to have beautiful sunshine during our stay. The patio is a little suntrap and a perfect space but unfortunately the furniture only seated two.

Bright and welcoming, home from home accommodation which exceeded all our expectations. Perfect for enjoying the cathedral, riverside and shops. Immediate response from very friendly host when contacted. Would definitely recommend.

I guess the location of the bathroom being downstairs and quite far from the bedrooms was not ideal but really not a huge issue.

The location was perfect - just a short walk into the town centre, with road parking for one car right outside the property. Nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed - washing up liquid, loo roll etc. Good WiFi and two TVs. Great to have a large fan in the bedroom too. Matt was super helpful when I had questions about parking. Also there were no complex bin/recycling requirements and no prescriptive to do list for check out day, which was much appreciated! The garden was lovely to sit out in too with the table and chairs provided - perfect in summer and lots of lovely birds visiting the bushes.

Cosy little house that has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Central location for the Town Centre. Kitchen well equipped & milk in the fridge. Toiletries in the bathroom. Bedrooms really comfy & we all slept well. Spotlessly clean throughout. Parking permit for one car with parking allowed on Sundays.
