The location was great, just a short walk from tram stop. Staff were lovely when we booked in and the room was great and very comfortable. Nice touch with retro sweet in the fright. We had the continental breakfast and there was plenty of choice

Veggie breakfast wasn't quite as nice as I'd hoped but the pastries and toast etc were excellent, as was the coffee.

Staff were brilliant, really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were great and everything felt so easy. We were looked after extremely well.

Toilet roll needs to be double ply instead of single. Very poor quality. Could do with a toilet brush. Also requires a bath/non slip mat for the shower. Breakfast, there was no plates or bowls available, we were seated at a dirty table, for all there were clean ones available. Just a bit un organised I think. The staff were lovely though and very helpful.

We were going to Green Day gig whilst there, the staff left us 2 cards with pictures of the band with a note saying they hooe we enjoy ourselves and our stay. There was complimentary soft drinks, sweeties and crisps also! All lovely extra touches. The air con was also a god send. Breakfast was lovely too.

Loved that there was a gentleman outside the hotel to welcome us. The trouble taken by the hotel to print off the Gig setlist timings, and the little Green Day postcard in the room. All fabulous touches. Not to mention the fab mini bar of vimto treats.

The restaurant cafe football was very poor. Not value for money, poor service, not quality food.

Room was fantastic, huge bed, wonderful view of the stadium. All facilities that you could possibly require. Excellent powerful shower. Hotel reception staff were exemplary, they could not have been more helpful nor friendly. We had issues in the cafe football & the hotel reception went above & beyond to rectify the issues we experienced. It isn’t a cheap hotel but it is so quirky and perfect for football fans as a treat.

There was nothing we didn’t enjoy.

The room was 492 (Class of 92) it was exceptional. Had such a great weekend. It was the start of the Euro’s and we saw Foo Fighters at Emirates Cricket Ground. Absolutely perfect location. We even managed to get a stadium tour in at Old Trafford whilst there. Breakfast was lovely both mornings and I enjoyed the fillet steak in the evening. Parking was no issue and very secure.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The free drinks and snacks in the mini fridge was a great touch! The bed was comfortable. The staff were lovely and the pitch on the roof was cool!

Everything. the fact it is beside Man Utd is a bonus .. From the min I walked in, I noticed how friendly all the staff were .Freshly made food, best ribeye I've had cooked to how I like it Breakfast was Freshly cooked and hot .Never again will I stay in a Premier Inn in Manchester again . My room was comfortable, great views , best shower I've ever had in a hotel , clean ,and a decent hairdryer .

I may be old fashioned but a cuppa in the room via kettle and coffee sachets for the morning without room service. No hate.
