Nothing. Might not be ideal for an older person or someone with mobility issues as it was at the top of a steep flight of stairs but it didn't bother me.

The apartment was absolutely stunning. Very tastefully decorated throughout. Everything you could possibly want or need in terms of facilities. Fixtures and fittings were luxury standard: Smeg fridge, White Company toiletries, fabulous shower and incredibly comfortable bed. The location could hardly have been better in that there were probably 20 different restaurants within 30 seconds walk. Discreetly hidden behind a secure metal gate on Chester's historic rows, moments from everywhere of interest.

A fantastic and impressive apartment which was fully equipped with everything we needed, It was very easy to find and in a great location right in the City centre ideal for sightseeing and visiting various attractions. The owner was extremely helpful, We would definitely visit again.

I see why the window opener restrictors are there, but it makes for warm nights! Appreciated the fan - but glad it wasn't overly warm outside! (....but this is Chester - it doesn't get that hot very often!)

10/10, no issues at all.

An amazing location but very secure with locked gates. Facilities were great - the owner has really thought about everything. Speaker in bathroom, dental kits, makeup remover, hair straighteners! Everything was also very good quality, nothing felt cheap about furnishings. Very clean. We will be staying again when we next visit Chester.

Nothing really, for the money we paid, it's definitely value for money, it was like home from home minus the kids 🤣🤣

Everything, the location is perfect, and the apartment is top class, finished to a very high standard, everything you would want is there in the apartment. The host even left a pint of milk in the fridge so we could have a cup of tea in the morning. We had breakfast included, which was downstairs at the bridge street cafe even that was delicious. All in all, 11/10 will definitely be returning to CH1. To the host (I never got your name sorry), I salute you Sir, you have definitely raised the bar to a new height.

the bedroom with double bed was beautiful but there was an arched window which let in a lot of light with no curtain on it. the one bedroom flat upstairs was very noisy at night, the sofa there was uncomfortable

the property was spotlessly clean luxurious and spacious. great location everything in walking distance. beautiful view from front windows onto Bridge Street.

The seagulls provide an early wake up call on the top floor so you may want to take some earplugs! There's a long climb up to the top floor so not good for those with accessibility difficulties.

Spacious, spotless and superb! The Deva apartment has been beautifully renovated and you can't be more centrally located in Chester with everything on your doorstep. Parking is minutes away in one of the shopping centre car parks and reasonably priced at only £10 for 24 hrs. Our hosts were amazing and really friendly, showing us around the other apartments. They are clearly very proud of their townhouse and rightly so. We can't wait to return for our next visit to Chester!

The apartment is absolutely stunning. You will not be disappointed staying here. We decided to use the facilities and eat in, and so it’s well equipped with everything you need. Also there is a hairdryer and straighteners available. Great location
