Some of the cups and plates where a bit chipped and worn. Brace yourself for a climb up many steps from the beach entrance. We only learned of the back path from the main road later on in the stay. Easier access for those with mobility issues.

The cottage was right on the beach promenade and central to many of the locations in the town we visited. It was quiet and peaceful, great to relax. It was more than enough space for the 3 adults staying.

As expected there isn't parking close by (it's up a hill), which was fine for us but it might be difficult for people to unload the car etc. if they struggle physically.

Cosy flat in an excellent location to enjoy Lyme. Hosts were quick to respond.

Location was brilliant, stones throw from the beach and the high street with all the shops. Flat was very nice, decor nicely done. Lovely touches with welcome basket with milk so meant we could make a drink in the morning as had tea, coffee machine, thank you

The floor was a little loose in places but we appreciate that it’s older property. It didn’t cause us any bother.

It was all really good.

Fantastic location as so close to beach but also the shops too. Really lovely apartment with lovely touches such as a welcome hamper :) We found the pictures from other travellers of the access from the shops helpful hence why I have also added a photo of the alleyway as I didn't feel it was as narrow as some have described it and we had no issues carrying out bags to and from :) Also we parked in the NCP carpark for £12 for 24 hrs using the app and it was about 3 minutes away from the apartment and we were happy to pay the extra cost (more than the other carparks further away) as it was so convenient.

Struggling to think of anything. Some people might miss a view but this also provided privacy (no people walking past, like other properties).

Excellent location! Quick and easy access to the beach front. Clean and contemporary, excellent kitchen facilities (though we didn’t have time to use them) and a lovely Welcome basket of goodies (only got to raid the fudge). The courtyard was handy for my smoker husband. Charming friendly informative emails. What’s not to like? Would very much like to return to this property in the near future.

Some of the flooring was loose and most of the plates and cups were chipped :( apart from that it was perfect!

Lovely little welcome basket on arrival, nice touch. Really lovely light and airy and well laid out little flat. Lovely decor. Beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were provided. Plenty of drawer space to unpack all your belongings. There was also a lovely little terrace to enjoy the Lyme Regis sunshine! Fab location just behind the beach! Hosts were very friendly.

(definetly not the owners fault) but kept awake by noise footsteps and loud TV from flat above. Was v sunny so blackout blinds in main bedroom may have been helpful - but that's being very picky as everything else was wonderful!

The only bad thing from the weekend was the people who were in the apartment above walking like they had elephant feet. We didn’t say anything to them as we knew they had a small child, but this is just a warning incase you are really irritated by this.

Was super clean and had everything you needed from bottle openers to Pyrex dishes. No stains on white bedding, windows were clean, bath was shiny! So lovely!
