Its a really small thing but some of the artwork in the room made me slight uncomfortable and went against the overall feel of the place, apart from that the whole experience was 10/10

There's very little phone reception. (Not the host's fault - just a downside of the rural location). However the wifi that was provided worked fine for everything that I needed to do during my stay.

This was my second time staying here, and I was very glad to see that standards haven't slipped in the slightest. The room was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and an astonishingly good shower. Communications beforehand were great, and they were happy to deal with a late check-in. There were lots of very good breakfast options - freshly cooked to order.

The room and communal area was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfy, we got a great night's sleep. Wandering around meeting the pigs and ducks was a lovely experience . Very close to the Gigha ferry. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I can't fault this accomodation, we'd stay again next time we're in the area.

I am still quite in awe of the experience we had here. Beautiful grounds and farm, modern and spotless spaces and such gracious hospitality! Andrea cooked us a delicious 3-course meal made of local ingredients, and even made us a to-go breakfast (even though we had to leave before sunrise) with possibly the best breakfast egg and bacon roll I’ve ever had. Everything was top-notch and it was such a beautiful time, we felt so lucky to have been able to stay here! Great location near the port if you’re traveling to Islay.

Very friendly and welcoming, Including the escapee pigs, (loved an ear scratch), and the cockerel. Food was to a very high standard as was the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

The house is freshly redecorated with modern funishings and very thought through details. extremely cosy and pleasant! The hosts are doing fantastic job and are very nice couple!

The dirt track to get to the house was a bit difficult to find & a bit unnerving at night is not lit so wouldn’t want to be walking to the house. I think more signage to house would help a lot too. As wasn’t easy to find

Can’t think of anything - maybe the weather!

Ronachan was an amazing gem of a find, in a beautiful location, peaceful and remote but not too far from the main road. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed, comfy bed and excellent shower! Kat and Andrea were brilliant hosts and looked after us really well. The lounge area with fireplace was great for chilling. The biggest highlight for us was the food! These guys are very talented chefs and cooked one of the best meals we have ever had, plus the breakfast was incredible!

Wasn’t a problem for us as we are early risers but they do have roosters that make noise in the morning. Definitely wouldn’t let that deter you from staying here but just so you aren’t surprised and dissatisfied.

We were greeted with warmth on arrival. The setting was just perfect with a lovely outlook, farm animals, and a beautiful bedroom. It was obvious that Andrea and Kat set themselves exceedingly high standards in all that they do. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and even more delicious evening meals. We both agreed that it was more akin to eating in a gorgeous Resteraunt than a Bed and Breakfast. The food included local produce which was presented in a stunning manner. The breakfast was excellent and Andrea went out of his way to make sure it was to our liking. The room was perfect for our needs and most comfortable with a lovely feather duvet on the bed. Plenty of room in the bathroom and shower and gorgeous towels.

The property exceeded out expectations.

The B&B is in a beautiful rural location. We chose it because of its proximity to the ferry at Kennacraig. We were travelling to Islay.
