I thought staying at a guesthouse I would have met the proprietor and gotten some local suggestions, but it was self-checkin and checkout, and I didn’t interact with any humans during my stay.

Very clean, good size room and bathroom. Convenient location for late arrival from airport and easy access to town center the next day via one bus.

The property is in a good location and the rooms are very clean and well taken care of. Also very nice fragrance in the room. Free parking available. Great value for money and I will definitely be looking to stay there whenever I'm in Edinburgh again.

It was a little far from the center of Edinburgh, but the bus stops right at the front door, so it was manageable. Still about a 30 minute ride though.

It took us a while to figure out which door we were supposed to go in. I would like it to be labeled better, in some way.

We stayed here for the last night on our Scottish adventure. We chose it mostly for a location near Edinburgh Airport. We were pleasantly surprised to find that in addition to a comfortable room, there was ample parking available plus an adorable rear yard to sit outside in. We were able to order food for delivery from a local restaurant, saving us the trouble of going out again after our evening arrival. My husband suggested that if he'd known it was going to be this nice, we should have planned to stay longer.

There was some local tourist information provided. However, there was no indication of where the nearest shops or restaurants were located. There was also no information on local transport i.e. local buses or trams which would have been useful. However, this could easily be found online.

Very comfortable accommodation in quiet area. The provision of a bar fridge was an unexpected bonus. Plenty of parking. On bus route (bus stop right outside) so easy access to the city centre. Relatively close to shops and restaurants. Ideally situated to be able to explore the city of Edinburgh and its surrounds.

Signage for the guest house could have been more noticeable as we drove past it a couple of times before reaching the destination. Would have liked the option of breakfast but there are many places locally to eat.

Bus stop outside of property with regular buses into and back from the city. Rooms cleaned daily with tea, coffee and toiletries replenished. Fridge in room a bonus. Very comfortable bed. Also on bus route to the airport.

The location was great to be able to walk to the bus stop right outside and to food nearby. It was also nice to have a spot to park the car and even though it is on a kind of busy street it was quiet inside.

Location was excellent. Super easy to find. There was a Bus stop right outside the house and the bus ran right to the centre of Edinburgh. We only booked 'Bed" and no food option. We never actually met our Host but nothing was too much trouble, any question asked was answered promptly.

We were pleasantly surprised with this little guesthouse, the self-contained room with en-suite was clean and tastefully decorated, facilities for making tea and coffee and a table top fridge added to the home from home feeling with the added bonus of off road parking, we will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Edinburgh.

I would have liked a tray or a mat for outdoor shoes to avoid stepping on the carpet.

The roolm was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable, and the facilities were clean as well. The room had a kettle and a mini fridge, which were important additions for our trip. Overall clean and orderly.
