We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Near to the arena, pleasant staff, nice to have a hotel with the option of a good bar and restaurant downstairs. Also nice to have a view over the gold course. Free parking. Clean rooms, comfy bed.

United KingdomThe metal steps leading up to our rooms. One guest used a stick for walking, so the steps were a little difficult for him, but it was actually OK for the rest of us. One room was a little noisy with the plumbing, but it didn't disturb sleep. Could do with more choice of a child's menu, but they did go above and beyond to accommodate the menu for the kids, which was lovely of them. So all the things we weren't expecting never spoilt our stay.
It was such a lovely find on Booking.com. Great location and rooms we're a good size. Our food was lovely and the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. I would gladly stay again.

United KingdomToo many air-fresheners and 'fake' scents for me but that window opened which helped. But the towels were not washed in overly scented softener which was an absolute bonus! Would have been good to have breakfast available.
Location was perfect for the Institute of Sport/Arena which is why we selected it. Easy parking onsite and friendly staff. We uses both inside and outside stairs and we thought the rooms was clean and comfortable for one or two nights. The pub downstairs was ideal and served very good value wine!
