We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomEverything was amazing - great location 2 minutes from the Lake, beautiful BnB and gardens, the comfiest bed, and a delicious breakfast (to name a few). You could tell there was care put into all the little attentions to detail - homemade shortbread biscuits, a complimentary fridge with fresh milk, drinks. I absolutely loved my stay, and felt really looked after. Would recommend to anyone and will hopefully visit again!

Excellent touch of home baked cakes / biscuits. Huge choice for breakfast and catered very well for vegetarians. Full sized toiletries (and good quality) provided to use. Would highly recommend!

United KingdomWe were made very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and everything possible was done to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable with good quality bedding, the multi function shower was excellent and the bath towels were larger than average. The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options and delicious homemade cake and bottled water were available for guests to help themselves during the day.

Nick was a lovely host, we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely recommend it. The bed was comfy, breakfast and was really nice. The shortbread and baked goods were amazing! I will be missing them!

Such a lovely quiet place and the shower in the room was fantastic. The garden is lovely. We sat out there a couple of times with a beer. Delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Cookie or cake made daily by the owner for guests to help themselves. Very close to town.
