The neighbours sat outside their accommodation chatting until we asked them to be quiet at 11pm. The rules state no noise after 10pm.

We loved sitting outside eating cheese and crackers looking over the fields to the ocean. I didn’t realise the kitchenette did not include a microwave but that was because I didn’t look closely at what was listed in the description. There is a bbq otherwise it is a 5 min trip to town for dinner and a hot breakfast.

If peace and tranquility in a country setting appeals to you, you will love this place. Although compact, the pod had everything we needed, and being so close to nature was lovely. Waking up to the soothing sound of cows grazing was a great start to the day!

We had a great couple of nights here. The pod was really warm and well equipped. Our two daughters (9 and 12) loved the bunk beds, alpacas and the fire pit.

Husband who is 6ft found the slight curve on the sides annoying when walking along the sides on the inside. The rest of us were all fine and didn’t bother us.

Spotless. Lots of extra touches to make stay more comfortable, e.g. tea, coffee, milk, shower products, etc. Great instructions for getting there and for using things in pod. Very private. Stunning view when you woke up. Peaceful. Comfortable beds. Daffodils planted around the pod. Kids loved the bunk beds.

We arrived at night and had a bit of trouble finding the entrance. The signage could be improved, and the GPS didn't pinpoint the location perfectly.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at the Glamping Pod in December! The pod itself was wonderful, super comfortable and had a beautiful view.

While feeding the alpacas I noticed the sheds to the right were housing cows for the winter :-( For some this might not be a problem but again as an animal lover I found this a little off putting. We didn’t get great weather but that’s down to Mother Nature and the time of year. The ventilation fans in the pods do create a little noise during the night. Would love to know is it safe to switch them off at night time.

Pod was really clean and comfortable. And convenient to Ballycastle town. We paid for breakfast which was also really nice. Although I wouldn’t describe it as continental as per description. The resident alpacas were adorable. As an animal lover it would have been great to know more about them. Names ages etc provided along with the food would be fun.

For the price paid, there seems to be more focus on the camping side than the glamping. For over £150+ in Winter and I imagine £200+ in Summer, you'd expect a little more in terms of service. The biggest disappointment and I hate to use the word rip off, were the 'added extras' we paid £20 for the breakfast platter which was advertised essentially as lovely breakfast in bed treat but was essentially a £20 grocery shop from the local supermarket. We received a jar of Co-Op Jam, a mixed pack of yogurts, special K granola, pastries etc, tubs of fruit all in bags in the fridge or cupboard. This was not a breakfast platter but a quick stop to shops we could have done ourselves or popped into town for a £10 full English. For the price paid you'd expect some of these bits on site anyway and also not horrible nescafe coffee sachets. I appreciate this is a glamping experience but for the price + extras it was pretty shameful what we received. A big negative in an otherwise nice experience.

Lovely Pods in a great location and very relaxing. Bed very comfortable and everything is designed very nicely for a cozy Glamping experience. Lovely waking up to the cows walking by in the morning.

The shower is really quite tight and probably not suitable for "larger" ppl. I realise it's a self contained unit so space is going to be a premium.

The place was spotless. Loved the fact that it was easily contactless. Would definitely love to stay again for longer period. Everything you could need for a night under the stars. Lovely and peaceful, the information provided about the pod didn't leave us wanting for anything. Loved the wee touch of providing alpaca food :)
