Bathroom amenities could be converted into one singular bathroom instead of separated from one another.

Well positioned for either the city centre attractions or a drink in Uplands. Ample parking. Decent sized rooms.

The floors were sticky and dirty. A lot of dust around the flat. Other than that everything else was okay.

The host was lovely. Attended to issues straight away. Spacious flat.

Lots of noise particularly from flat upstairs but also outside as seems to be mainly student accomodation on the road. Outside space unusable and overgrown. Boiler and heating was set very low and only on for short times and had a sign saying not to change it. Given the high ceilings in the property this wasn't enough to keep it warm. This might be enough to stop problems with frozen pipes when apartment is empty but not when occupied.

Plenty of space and would easily accomodate a family. Bed comfortable. Had most of the things you needed for the stay and to cook even if they were a bit random.

The sofa bed in the front room had been set up as a bed which meant there were not many options for sitting. the bathroom and toilet are looking a little tired, but they are ok.

the bed was really comfortable. the WIFI was good. it was nice having a separate dining area. there is lots of space in the flat and it is well priced. Lots of supermarkets and food options nearby.

Beds weren't very comfortable. Kitchen cupboards and flooring a bit run down.

Lack of hot water for a bath, noise fron upstaits alot of bamging and footsteps.

The double bed was lovely had one of the best nights sleep in ages. Plenty of space so were not in each others way.

The parking situation was a nightmare - we had to drive round and round the neighbourhood and had to park a while away.

Spacious apartment, well equipped to cook dinner, large rooms, and convenient location to access the Gower peninsula. Very good value for money!

It could maybe do with updating a bit, but then you would probably not get it for such an amazing price. Could do with a mirror in the bathroom/near the bathroom. No TV, but that didn't bother us too much. If you're someone who wake-up a couple of times in the night to go to the toilet, the apartment is quite long and the toilet is at the far end. If you enjoy having a bath, don't fill it right to the top - as water will leak through the crease along the edge. Also be mindful that if the fore alarm goes off for some reason,it won't turn off by itself and you have o cann the owner! The owner was very nice and very helpful, and we so enjoyed our stay, thank you so much for everything!

The apartment was way bigger than the pictures give the impression. Very comfortable and ample space, great base to walk the Wales Coast Path from! Very close to shops and bars, small(ish) Tesco, Sainsbury's and Boots just literally 5 minutes walk away. Also good bus links within 5 minutes walk.

The people in flat above were very noisy and the residential area is not the most appealing. The property is in need of modernising, feels a lot like student digs. Okay for a single night though.

Clean, had most of the utilities needed including a cooker, fridge and microwave. Shower worked. Had a dining table although we did not use it. The WiFi worked although very slow. Close to amenities in Uplands area.

The beds were small, the apartment is due for some renovations, the doors didn't lock properly, it was quickly painted and decorated (they put an extra piece of the wallpaper in a frame...)

The apartment was rather big, we appreciated being able to cook and eat at a table (even though the crockery was limited).

The pull out bed in the living room had a metal bar in the middle of it, my son had a very uncomfortable night sleep.

Towel rail broken in bathroom and some of the painting could do with a recoat. Garden was over grown and not somewhere you would want to sit
