We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt wasn't obvious how to find the hotel but armed with a phone, it was easy enough, even at 1am!
Super handy for a late flight. I literally walked to the hotel from the terminal. Then, in the morning, caught a bus from across the road to the railway station to get in to London. The hotel receptionist gave me all the information I needed to do that. Breakfast was a good hot buffet and check-in and check-out quick painless. Definitely made the right choice!

Israel- While the terminal is within a reasonable walking distance, it did not seem as close as one could learn from the Booking.com info. It is definitely by far more than the 300 meters specified in Booking.com. I saw a comment on that in one of the reviews. - There ought to be better information on the location of the bus stop. I found out only upon leaving the hotel that there were a couple of dozen stairs to the bus stop, not "friendly" to luggage. One can walk all round the hotel to avoid it. It takes a few minutes but is mainly downhill. Luckily the receptionist informed me that the bus stop is marked only on the road. There is no pole or anything else that can be seen from a distance which could be a bit confusing. While it is not the hotel's responsibility, as mentioned above bus A came fast and didn't stop. The driver pretended not to have seen us with all our luggage. - There was very little choice for a snack late at night. - The surrounding of the hotel is pretty dark and my driver had a slight difficulty to find the way to the entrance. The same happened to me last time when I stayed at the Ibis. - The USB sockets near the beds did not work but there were other sockets to charge phones.
I wanted to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. This hotel is a very good solution. The staff at the reception, in particular Mark, were most helpful. I could not ask for more. I relied on the pubic bus service to reach the airport. It is a short ride but was necessary for us, wheeling a large suitcase and a trolley each. In fact there is more than one bus line for that. I was told by the hotel to catch bus A, it came on time but did not stop for us even though I waved my hand. Luckily bus line F70 came immediately after and did stop. The room was good, convenient and very quiet. To the best of my knowledge taxies and Uber etc. are not allowed to reach the terminal, have to drop passengers in a parking lot nearby and pay a fee of something like 5-7 pounds which is charged to the travelers. From there it is a short uphill walk (a very moderate slope) which I did in the past. It is protected from rain but not too pleasant with luggage. Busses bays are right next to the terminal entrance. Breakfast buffet was very useful with good selection, available from 4am, good, but I have had tastier ones. Booking the accommodation as early as possible pays. I found that the price nearly doubled a few days before checking in.

SwitzerlandDue to radio 1 big weekend the prices were significantly higher than the room is worth, but I understand supply and demand concept. If I had an alternative choice, I wouldn’t have paid this and I wasn’t attending the radio 1 event. Check in was slow and one team member stopped checking in the numerous people queuing to serve two people a beer at the bar which, in terms of relative value, doesn’t make sense to me as a business. In general I found the night staff somewhat unfriendly.
Excellent location, basic but perfectly good for convenience.

United KingdomUpon our arrival, I was unexpectedly requested to settle the room payment, which caused a moment of discomfort in the presence of my spouse. It is worth noting that the room had been fully paid for several months in advance. Fortunately, the matter was resolved after a brief period of tension. Approximately 10 minutes after gaining access to our room, we encountered an unsettling incident involving an unauthorized individual attempting to manipulate the door lock. Upon opening the door, I discovered another guest in possession of a key to our room. Although the individual promptly returned to the reception area and did not return, the experience left a negative impression on our overall stay.
The room was wonderful, and the breakfast was fantastic as always!
