We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomParking was bit problematic. .Also be aware there are 2 Holiday Inns in Stevenage.This is the Holiday Inn EXPRESS.My fault I didn't realise so turned up at the wrong hotel! So be aware check the address on Google Maps.
The breakfast.Very good value.The room was fine. Just one thing though..why are hotel wardrobes usually not long enough to hang a dress properly?....

United KingdomThe breakfast options were very poor, with no jams for the pastries or hashbrowns. There were also no vegetarian alternatives, eg., Veggie Sausages or milk alternatives.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Was nice to have a sofa in the room, too. The room was very well soundproofed from the outside road noise making it a pleasant nights sleep.

The room was very clean, although the bed was not as comfortable as I would have wanted but it was good enough for a good sleep. My sister asked for extra bedding and was given a duvet although the staff member was very grumpy about it. The breakfast was varied and very tasty.
