We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Included Breakfast was superb. Included parking for overnight stays. Lots of choices for eating out options in the Wharf area.

Staff were very friendly. When I had a problem with the room they responded quickly with an acceptable solution. Breakfast was great. It is only a short walk to the Warrior - a beautiful sight at sunset :-)

AustriaA window in our room was half way jammed. Neither closed nor open. Our room being across a bar I was afraid it will be loud outside After I told the staff, they told me they have no maintenance on that day and that there is no other room available, but they will come look into it. Unfortunately the lady also could not fix it. I grabbed a chair, climbed up to it and sorted it out in the end. After telling the staff that it's sorted, they gave me a few coupons for complementary beverages and a couple of ice creams for my boys and apologized a few times for the inconvenience. In the end I ended up fixing (being able to shut it ) the window, and they made up for not being able to help me. All was good. Would visit again.
The reception/breakfast area is quite roomy. There was a kind of a play corner for kids that my boys really liked. Location is nice. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed/stressed but was friendly and helpful. My boys got wet shoes from the day before and the staff even gave me a blue roll and a rubbish bag for our laundry.

We have stayed at the hotel on five occasions visiting our Son at Uni. Buffet breakfast was as expected with a good choice of food. The location of the hotel to the shops in Gunwharf Quays can't be beaten and plenty restaurants to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Handy secure parking. Overall a good stay.

United KingdomBreakfast was poor. Hated jar of marmalade with one spoo. In it for everyone to help themselves. Not hygienic at all!! Not good value for money as sausages tasteless and bacon wet and flabby.
The staff were very welcoming. However. The breakfast was poor. Out of the stay experience this was the weakest link. Helping yourself to marmalade out of a communal jar with one spoon in it is NOT good. Would never book breakfast again. Thought it showed defo signs of cost cutting.

United KingdomSome of the furniture was looking slightly tatty. The table had chips all around it and the base had paint coming off it. The sofa bed was so saggy that it was hard to get out of when it was a sofa, thankfully didn’t need to use it as a bed. In the bathroom the tiles round the toilet flush we’re all chipped - not a good finish.
The staff, Marie and I think his name was Dan were excellent. Marie is an absolute treasure, so welcoming, friendly and helpful, a real asset.
