Perfect place for starting activities in London (if you don't mind a longer ride to the center) underground station nearby. Yummy breakfast, Staff very nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed (Queensize) and spacy room with extra bathroom. WLAN was working fine.

Rooms are a bit tired and need refreshing, stains on the carpet, furniture chipped and walls need cleaning. Room was above entrance where people smoke - room smelt of smoke when checking in as window was left open.

Usually I’ve found this to be a fantastic place to stay but just this time I’ve had an issue with cigarette smoke coming into the room at 6am as the room was right above the designated smoking area. Closed the window for day 2 but didn’t think I closed it enough as I still could smell the smoke coming in. 3rd morning was fine, but not sure if anyone was smoking outside.

Always have a comfortable sleep. Its location to the tube is great. Staff are super helpful, polite and great.

Parking was very limited, if you came in at the wrong time there would be little or no parking, but the staff did their best to accommodate you. The furniture in the room was a bit basic.

The lifts were probably on strike during our visit (one wasn't working at all and one was really not smart – you pressed the button on 2nd floor and the lift went from Ground to 4th and to Ground again without stopping on the 2nd floor). Breakfast was the same every day which got slightly boring after a few days.

Great location, just a minute from the Tube (Central line which takes you to the city center with no or one transfer), with a Tesco express, Sainsbury's and Costa Coffee near. The staff was awesome! Breakfast was good with gluten-free bread available. Overall a really nice experience.

Mattress seemed a but off, but thats definitely down to personal taste as the last time I was there I cant remember noticing it.

Try not to be accommodated on the 1st floor with windows to the street. Right in front of the hotel, there is a bus stop and buses are very frequent and very noisy. It didn't help that windows couldn't be completely closed, as was our case, because the mechanism seemed to be broken. However, I think the hotel stuff at the desk knows about the problem and they are not accommodating on the 1st floor in affected rooms. We were on the 2nd floor and the noise was bearable. Breakfast is always the same. It looks like a standard English breakfast -- scrambled eggs, baked beans, beacon, some sausages, baked tomatoes, bread. After a few days, it gets quite old but there is not much else to choose from. They serve some buns (which seemed to be out quite quickly) and croissants. No ham, no cheese. You can have some jam, Nutella or honey, and yogurt (with assortment of cereals), and that's it. There is coffee, tea and some juices (apple, orange, ...). I don't think there is a chance for improvements. I was in the hotel last year and breakfasts were exactly the same. If this seems like a nitpicking, fine for you :-)

The most positive thing about this hotel is its location right next to the Underground station "North Acton". I think it is its selling point. Rooms are small but comfortable. Same with the bathroom. It is just OK hotel which seems to be targetting at the clients which stay for a few days max. It is relatively cheap and if you are visiting London and you just need an easily accessible place to sleep in a clean room, it is a good choice. I stayed here twice already (5 nights in 2023, 6 nights in 2024). Personnel is nice and very helpful. If you're flying to London by some budget airline which wants you to pay ridiculous money for every additional luggage, at least you can leave you toothbrush and toothpaste at home because you can get one for free at the reception desk :-) Also, you can pay 15GBP per night for a parking lot (it is behind the hotel building) - quite handy if you want to rent a car. Another pro is the fact that there are two convenient stores (operating from 7am to Midnight) on the street - Tesco Express and Sainsbury's, just a few dozen meters away.

The breakfast was good, however, as I was staying for two weeks at the hotel, the breakfast after 1 week of my stay became boring as it was always the same. Maybe as a suggestion, it would be a good idea to have 2 options and alternate them from one week to another.

The location is very good, 3min from the tube North Acton station which takes you directly to the city center. The staff was very friendly, the gentleman during my check-in was very responsive and changed the room when I requested. Moreover, the room was very clean, Ms. Loredana was taking good care of the room.
