To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomManagement weren’t exceptionally helpful. No communication as to how to access the hotel with all major roads closed for a cycling event. When we arrived we found that we needed to upgrade the room to include our toddler, and whilst we were happy to pay for the upgrade, the hotel refused - first telling us there were no family rooms available, then when we looked online and saw 6 available they told us the only way to do this was to pay for an additional room. Not massively helpful.

United KingdomThe room was a bit cosy for a family room but still fine for a day or two. Breakfast was a reasonable spread of hot food, pastries, and cereals. I didn't rate the coffee much from the automatic machines, but again, it was fine for a short stay.
Clean hotel and rooms, staff were friendly and helpful, a few minutes walk from Limehouse DLR.

United KingdomThe standard hotel pillow issue. They supply 2 per person. But sleeping with 2 is too much, only having 1 is not enough. We are yet to find a hotel with a 1.5 pillow. Maybe it's just us?
It was a decent hotel for what we needed. The staff were exceptional, the breakfast was excellent and the room was good too. The location was a little out of the way, but due to the underground and DLR, we were able to get to our concert and back relatively cheaply and safely.

United States of AmericaWe were on the 7th floor in room 702. The room was so hot. We used the thermostat and lowered the temperature, but to no avail. We called the front desk and they said they were all preset to 22C, which was very warm. If we stayed here again, we would chose a lower floor.
Food was plentiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Tables were cleaned in a timely manner.

IndiaWe stayed here for 3 nights and every thing was perfect. The hotel is located 10mins walking distance from DLR station, so it was very convenient for us to travel to main sights of attraction within 30-40mins. The rooms were quite spacious and were provided with kettle, iron board. The bathroom was also clean and good. The breakfast spread was nice..there was hot food section with sausages, potato hash brownies, egg, veggies etc. The staff were very very helpful and friendly and made the stay very nice! I would specially like to thank Mr. Sadik and Ms. Alicia/Alice for decorating or room for our wedding anniversary, it was a beautiful surprise :)
