Rooms are very simple and small. If you just need a room for sleep and do not care a lot for cleanless you can book this hotel. The location is very good only few minutes to the underground and 20 minutes walking distance to Hyde Park. The staff was very friendly.

Curtain didn't fit window so lots light into room. Stairs dirty. No communal area - although maybe linked woth renovations.

Really helpful staff. Good location. Plus Tube station less than 10 min walk, Sainsburys 2 min walk. Although a double this is a very small one - so works better as a single - but same price. Clean room and ensuite. Shame curtain only covers part of window! Not sure about any communal space. Reception area small - has free drinks machine (as not facility in room). Stairs very dusty/lots dirt - not sure if linked with any renovations noted on website. Good base for the city especially at the price.

Location is excellent and very close to the tube station, which was perfect. The room was quite small, but not a problem since we weren’t spending much time in there. The bathroom is incredibly small and difficult to use, even if you’re a small person, so do beware of that if you’re on the taller/larger side or have any accessibility issues. The staff were friendly and helpful. Though promised wifi, the connection was never strong or stable enough to work, so we had to connect at nearby coffee shops. Overall, the place was what we expected for such an affordable price and with our low to moderate expectations. We certainly felt safer here than at a hostel, which we had also considered for our budget. The room was clean, but still under renovations so quite messy in the main areas and a little dusty with debris (paint, etc.) Honestly, would stay here again for a short trip where we use the room just for sleeping. If your travel priorities are location and affordability, I would recommend spending a night or two here.

The property is currently undergoing Renovations which did reflect on the cheap price we paid however this did not affect us at all during our stay and the staff were lovely

Bed was high, no mattress protector, just a sheet and one pillow which was thin as! Headboard was awful and room was not finished, plastic covering hanging off window, room was dirty, bathroom had hairs from last guests, and no cover for shower plug whole, plug hole was filled with dirty hair and mould, which I had to clean out. Toothpaste up tiles from last guests. Air conditioning vent filthy and did not work. We could hear guests cleaning their teeth and knocking toothbrush on the sink next door. Fire doors I know are needed, but if a fire you need two people to open door? On entry there is water available, but the whole place looks like they have just rushed to open it to make money! Will not return. I will just add the location is good and staff where welcoming, but place seems a bit dodge as advertises as a hotel when it really is not

Bed was homemade and too big for the room - made it difficult to get into bathroom. No facilities other than the bed and a bathroom. Had to ask for a bedside table - got a box.

There are some renovation works but during the day.

The staff were so kind and they help me a lot in finding the best touristic and shopping centers. I will come back again to this hotel.

Everything else. The sheets weren’t clean, neither was the bathroom. I felt unsafe in my as the double lock was broken and twice the staff tried to come into my room whilst I was sleeping. Once to kick me out of my room a day early. (Until I went down to reception and they realised their mistake) There’s not enough space to even hang up a wet towel, let alone clothes.

It is a budget hotel

It was very well located and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Everywhere was grubby. No furniture or facilities in my room (just a bed). No TV, just wires hanging out the wall where it used to be. Basement window didn't open. Mold around shower cubicle. No soap or glass etc. All woodwork unpainted (just undercoated). Unsightly pile of laundry bags piled up outside my room.

Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. 10 minutes walk from the Tube (district line?)

Dirty, wasn’t convinced the sheets were clean. ‘Bathroom’ (toilet with shower) was so tiny you couldn’t move or shut the door. Noisy.

The place was disgusting. Dirty walls window was blocked and boarded up, shower disgusting, floors dirty and smelly was atrocious.
