Some noise at times with people coming and going (my room was by the front door) but this can’t be helped especially in central London

It is very small - you wouldn’t want to spend a lot of time there - but that’s made clear in the ads so it’s what you’ve paid for.

Location is brilliant - walkable to inner city, 2 mins from subway.

Close to Russell Square Station. Close to eateries, also asked for lift access, which we received, so no issues with luggage. John had our room ready early.

The location is perfect, we were walking around London and could visit most of the attractions on foot. The building is stunning, rooms were clean and spacious.

Nothing to criticise here!

The location was very central near a tube station, with easy independent access to the property. The room was clean and good value for money, it was great to have a small kitchenette to allow me to save on food costs during the trip. They allowed me to store my bag in the property on my final day in London which meant I didn't have to pay to store it eslewhere!

Location was brilliant, very handy for tubes and trains. Check in was very easy and the security guy was great to deal with. Very clean apartment. We will definitely stay again

No criticisms at all.

All communications with Cleveland Residences were promptly answered. We were pleasantly surprised with everything! Top rate! Clean and bright, all feeling new and cared for. It was easy to find, near a huge range of shops and eateries plus a large supermarket. That allowed us to self cater for quite a few meals! Russell Square on the Picadilly line is great and is 2 minutes walk. Also close to StPancras international AND the British Library and kings cross..10 minutes away.

If I have to say, I hope TV could be larger will be better.

The position is good. It's easy to metro and supermarket especially there is a Chinese supermarket. The house is clean. There is a small kitchen and I like to cook by myself, eat outside is expensive in London.

If you are bothered by noise, better not to request a room overlooking main road as windows are original and not soundproof. No plug in the bathroom

Great staff, super clean and comfortable apartment. Best I have found in the area in years if you are on a budget, better than many hotels around. I will for sure return, it was a great stay

The comforter on the bed was not wide enough. It barely covered 2 inches over the edge and as such at times I was left partially uncovered. I needed to be ver careful was washing my face to not bump into the glass shelf. Which I did a couple of times.

Way better than a hotel. The reception was super friendly and helping. The location is quit and really well connected to public transport so you can get to any attraction in max 30 minutes. We hair dryier broke while using it and immediately. The room was well equiped. 11/10

Clean, cozy apartment with everything that's needed for a short-term stay, situated in one of the prettiest and most convenient locations in London. Room was a bit small but at least it had it's own bathroom. The host was nice and funny. Thanks for having us.

The host (John) was extremely helpful and speed to action always. The property was well looked after and very clean and neat. So close to the underground station as well as several bus routes to go straight into west end. Not to mention it is an easy walk to the city/Holborn. Cannot fault it. We, unfortunately, stayed in room right below some really unreasonable and rude guest, making loud noise throughout the whole evening until close to 5am. Was very disturbing and a sleepless night. We made the property aware of the situation and they swung into action immediately, both the host and customer services. They took necessary actions and moved us to a different room with no one staying above us and a much bigger apartment. We had a really good peaceful stay for the 2nd night. This will be my first choice of stay when I need to be on this side of the town when visiting.
