Unfortunately Russell Square Station was closed twice when we were there so we had to change our plans to use different public transport (but there are plenty of alternatives)

It’s clean & modern, location is close to the train station & walking distance to Picadilly, Leicester Square, Oxford St & most main attractions, very convenient for us. Also close to the St Pancras Station. I like there’s small kitchen, washing machines & dryers they even provided us with washing tablets. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Recommended

If facial tissue were provided and toilet towels could be replaced daily, it would make the stay more perfect.

The location is good. The cleanness of the room is satisfactory. Within the room, the WiFi and air conditioner are good. If you have time, you could buy some fresh food and utilise the cooking tools to prepare lunch / dinner. Especially, the staff, John is very helpful.

Good Location. One minute walk to Russell underground station which connets Heathrow airport, King Cross station. Near bus stops, British Museum, many restaurants and supermarkets. The room is spacious, bright, convenient(with kitchen) . Free laundry is available. I enjoyed the staying very much.

Everything was great, even though the price was painful… But I guess that’s what you pay for prime location.

The location was just fantastic, 15 min. walk from St Pancras/Kings’s Cross, 5 min walk from the British Museum. Quiet and seemingly very safe neighborhood. The room was clean, modern, had everything we needed. We had the Family room which is in the basement, but don’t worry, it’s not at all dark and dinghy.

Photos make the bedroom itself look larger than it actually is. For what it cost, a bit more space would have been appreciated. Strangely sterile feel is exacerbated by plastic tiles stuck to wall next to the bed which feel cheap and look like they're there to cover something.

Overall a good space with a small kitchen area, fridge, sofa, table, separate bedroom, and (clean) private bathroom. Access was easy. Fast internet. Great location. Would definitely stay here again if I needed to.

The location was excellent, super close to Russell Square tube station (direct line from Heathrow). Very large rooms. Handy little kitchen/microwave/toaster and kettle. Immaculately clean, good shower pressure, comfy bed. Whisper quiet rooms. Our host met us and was very helpful

Not a huge downside but our apartment was at level -1, there was enough light but it was very hot, we didn't turn on the a/c since the outside temperature was around 13/19 celsius degrees. We tried to keep the window open as much as we could. The bathroom was very little but in the end the apartment had everything it could be needed

The location is perfect, walking distance to many attractions and with a metro station very close. The building is stunning and the room is modern. No cleaning service but guests have the possibility to use a shared vacuum. Furthermore, a laundry is present. Working A/C. Shower gel and shampoo provided, and plug adapter as well

The room got rather hot (waking up to the thermometer above 26, at least 10 degrees higher than outside temperatures) which meant the AC needed to be on all the time - it was on the top floor and had direct sunlight, but this was in May, so I can't imagine what it gets like in August. Plug sockets next to the bed are pretty hard to access, being hidden underneath a side table, perhaps something could be done to make it more easier to charge your phone to set an alarm for the morning.

The location is amazing, and the building is newly renovated and looks great. The rooms are modern and clean and give you everything you need for a couple of nights in London. The mattress was nice and firm, I was very happy with the sleep I had on it. I would recommend this place to friends.
